Entering Sri Lanka’s largest national park, visitors are immersed in pristine nature, dotted with Wilpattu’s famous villus (natural lakes) that attract abundant wildlife. A delicious breakfast and a well-prepared lunch are provided, allowing guests to enjoy fresh meals while surrounded by the sounds of the wild. Throughout the safari, there are excellent opportunities to see a wide variety of animals and birds, including elephants, deer, sloth bears, crocodiles, colorful bird species, and with luck, the elusive Wilpattu leopard. With an experienced guide and plenty of time to explore, the safari offers both excitement and tranquility.
