The tour program did not match the description on the website. I paid for an all-inclusive tour, but once I arrived, I was told I had to pay for everything, and Viator refused to refund me the price difference.

Four-day trip to Azerbaijan with friends. We decided to book this tour so we could see more wonders beyond the capital, Baku, and we were not disappointed — quite the opposite! The tour is long and full of experiences, but it is absolutely worth it. Everything is organized down to the smallest detail, and the timing of the visits is well balanced, without ever feeling rushed. Above all, the real highlight of the tour was our guide, Elshad — welcoming, professional, and always cheerful. He greeted us with a smile, involved everyone in the various activities, and was always ready to share details and interesting facts, while also making the journey fun with music and engaging conversations. A highly recommended trip!

Elshad is a very caring and knowledgeable guide. We love him. However the whole itineary should be redesigned to skip some sites along the trip in winter season and to leave more time for Sheki. Visiting only a few sites and then leaving barely helps us immerse ourselves in the history and culture of the town. I appreciate the land of Azerbaijan and hope the tour experience would be better for future guests.

I did the Sheki Tour which was combined with the four regions tour stopping at numerous destinations on the way to Sheki. Our guide was Elshad who was very informative and very knowledgeable - constantly keeping everyone engaged. It was a great tour with a packed itinerary consisting of stops at Gebala Lake, Ismaili Bridge, Shamakhi Mosque and finally the historic city of Sheki. Definitely recommend this tour from Baku.

Not only did I get to go on a day trip to Sheki, but I was also very happy to hear detailed explanations of history, culture and crafts at the Shekihan Palace, Caravanserai and the Albanian Church in Kish. Our guide Elshad was very kind and caring for me as a solo participant, and it was easy to understand the explanation. Thank you for the fun tour.

We chose this tour because we wanted to see more of the country outside of Baku without having the time and means to plan an entire road trip. We weren't disappointed! Our guide Elshad gave detailed information at each stop, we learned a lot, and we were always able to rely on his recommendations and advice. The tour is packed with views and experiences we'd have struggled to put in one day while remaining well structured and professionally executed. To top it all off we didn't feel processed as tourists but rather welcomed like guests, we were able to share experiences because Elshad is very approachable for any additional conversation too. Expect great food, a lot of information about the historical significance and development of the sites a long drive and some gorgeous views.

They got us from in front of our hotel by taxi. The road was long, so we started very early. The van was 6 people facing each other 3 by 3. We were very comfortable since we were 5 friends but can be annoying for strangers. The most interesting part was the Han Palace with beautiful drawings, window art and stories. Our tour guide Elshad is well informed and his English is clear to understand. He also gave us great recommendations for lunch, Sheki halva and Sheki Piti. Love the atmosphere, the food and the people; would definitely recommend. Thank you Elshad! Greetings from Turkey!

We took the trip to Sheki with Baku Heritage Tour and Elshad was our guide. The trip was very well planned and we didnt feel like in a rush at all despite the hour itself was very long and needed to be planned precisely. Elshad was very kind, informative and helpful. he even guided us for nice food and halva spots, that was definetly worth! Sheki Palace was the most impressive among all the stops we visited, it is complete different vibes than in Baku. I also personally enjoyed the views along the long drive, the landscape is very beautiful. Totally recommended!

Had a really good experience with this tour. Elşad, our guide was very good, giving us good information on the sites we visited, and about the history and culture of Azerbaijan. He gave us plenty of time at each site to look around and take pictures. Our driver was great, and the vehicle was comfortable.
