I had a very bad experience with this agency. I left an object on the bus and contacted them just an hour after getting off, knowing exactly where it was. At the time, no one else had yet boarded the bus. Despite these obvious facts, the agency refused to admit the facts and suggested that I was wrong. I also sent several emails (directly, through the GetYourGuide app and through an agent), without really taking my situation into account. I found their answer full of bad faith and without consideration for the client. It’s a shame, because the tour guide was really excellent and the places visited were beautiful. But the agency’s attitude totally ruined the experience.

To find the bus is a little tricky. When you get off the ship look for the red information center and turn right just before the building. Cross the bridge and there will be a large parking lot where the tour buses are. Our tour guide, Alexa, was excellent, very expressive in her details, giving very interesting facts with a great sense of humor. She was the best tour guide we have had! Our driver, Remi, was not only a safe driver but very interactive and funny. In this tour you’ll go from the fjords to the tundra so dress appropriately. It is windy and cold up on the tundra. We were there early September.

Guide Alexa was outstanding, warm and interesting throughout the tour. This excursion combines history and nature perfectly and each stage was a delight.

I rate this tour 5 out of 5. There are no bad sites in Norway. There’s beauty around every corner and over every mountaintop. So many wonderful sites and sounds of waterfalls. The weather was certainly on our side. The day was perfect.

Alexa, the tour guide and the driver, whose name escapes me, made this trip a five star event. Alexa's knowledge of the region and her obvious love for the country and its history and traditions was the highlight of the bus ride. She blended tradition with modern history and I loved her stories of the Trolls. She even added music! Obviously, the sights were eye-popping and breath-taking as our drive deftly maneuvered the hairpin curves. I did feel rushed at a couple of the stops, especially the first where it was: go to the bathroom or see the site, because there was a long line at the loo and we had only 15 minutes there. (I did not go to the loo.) Also, it should be noted that this excursion does not include a ticket to get close to the Borgund Stave Church if that is something that you want to do.

This was a cruise ship tour. The bus parking lot was a bit hard to find as it was a bit far from ship dock but managed to locate it with GPS. There were 2 buses but none were labeled and tour guide did not hold a sign of tour company. The bus was crowded even though we arrived 30 minutes early. Only 4 seats were reserved for disabled when more were needed. 2 passengers ahead of us took 8 more seats for their friends which were not there yet. This resulted in not finding front seating and sat mid way by 2nd entrance of bus. We asked to be accommodated before we entered but guide said the bus was full and that we had to wait till all passengers boarded. There was no front seating available as I explained 2 passengers reserved multiple rows for their friends who were not even checked in or arrived on the bus yet. We just decided to stay in our seats by the mid exit door. The guide was Alexa, she spend all the time on the tour story telling, not really anything of relevance to sites we were visiting or information pertaining to tour schedule. I felt as as was being read a fairy tale. I have been on many tours and I really expected to hear information relating to locations we were visiting and time schedule for each stop. That did not happen. I enjoyed the stops however I felt more time was needed at 2 stops, the church stop should have been at least 35 minutes so we could get a ticket to see the interior and out stop at more village should be extended to 1 hour not 45 minutes as we had no time to enjoy eating at the bakery and no time to look around the town. This tour was very fast paced and not informative as other tours we had in Norway, Ålesund and Getainger

Get ready to see Norway’s majestic landscape. Try to grab a window seat on the bus and get your phone camera ready to snap vistas of the mountains and waterfalls and rushing streams.

A wonderful trip around Flam. We had a brilliant tour of flam. The tour guide was passionate and knowledgeable. The only disappointment was that we could not go in and around the Borgund Stave church. I taught this was included in the price. We had a great time anyway. Regards Gerard and Gillian McDonagh

This was the second trip advisor tour we arranged on a 7 day cruise to Norway Fjords. Once again the description just didnt do the trip justice. It was excellent. Viewd were simply stunning, tour guife was so full of intetesting information and was really funny. Views if the waterfall and mountain top and steghasfjord from the viewing point were simply stunning. Mind you beware if you are a nervous passenger as the drive up the mountain is a bit of a nail biter
