5.00Amazing experience! Was super communicative on WhatsApp and then WeChat in china. Explained the whole process and the sequence of events and the HK driver showed up even before our meeting time and waited at the hotel and we drove to the Shenzhen/China border as expected waited for us to get the Visa and we then met Albert at the Civic center and then we agreed there to follow the schedule as described on Viator (we had a horrible scam the day before in HK) and Albert thankfully made the program happen exactly as planned while also stopping for an amazing lunch and an additional shopping stop at the end! Was an incredible day, Shenzhen is beautiful and Albert was super nice and helpful! We made safely back with another HK driver crossing with us back through Tempe border to HK and to our hotel!

5.00I can definitely recommend Albert and his company for the tour. It was very professional accompanied by a driver from HK to Shenzen. Later we visited the most interesting sights in Shenzen, China where he showed us a very comprehensive picture about the city, its economy and development. He is also very friendly and showed very good restaurants. I can definitely recommend the tour!
