2.00Please be wary of using this company if you want to ensure you have safe and reliable car seats for your little ones. We had one transfer with only one car seat not two. An adult could only just fit in the back with two car seats, made for a very uncomfortable ride.

Thieves - don't stand behind their own T&Cs

1.00Booked 400 AUD of transfers in April 24 for travel late May 24. Needed to cancel on April 27 2024 due to work commitments meaning we could not visit Fiji as planned. Instead of refunding as per T&C offered a credit note for future travel - requested refund again (same day) and told finance department would process (in Malvern East Victoria btw) - no response since. Will report to credit card company for breach of contract - think twice before paying these thieves in advance.
Finding a safe solution for 2 families when road to Nadi flooded

5.00Our experience was really good. They organised 3 car seats for the kids and they were at Nadi airport waiting for us. The best bit was on the return from Shangri la when Nadi flooded yesterday. Another supplier (will with hold their name) stranded their passengers and we were told by other people and the hotel we would not fly as the road to the airport was flooded. So I spoke to Rebecca at Mick's who communicated with me regularly on WhatsApp and they organised everything. The collected our two families and our luggage and drove us in the normal van to an agreed point where they waited until the truck arrived, yes they organised for us to get safely accross the flooded parts of the road in a truck as the road was under water, then once on the other side another van met us and they helped get kids and bags quickly on our way. It wasn't glamorous at times but got us there only just in time for the flight with all the changes and cars blocking the road. Thanks again for checking we got there ok too. Local family run Fijian business that actually cares for their clients. Disclaimer not all their vehicles are new but some are so ask for the new one if this is important to you. Thanks Rebecca and your team we are very grateful. 🙏❤️

4.00Bobby is a taxi driver that works with the hotel.. he was fabulous! I would recommended calling him if you need a taxi not only local but pretty much any where on the island! He is always on time and reliable! He even gave us great suggestions for place to go for the day !!!
