5.00The travel agency organized everything perfectly. All services were of excellent quality, especially the guides, with special mention to Islam. In Cairo, we stayed at the Jaz Pyramids Resort (located in Giza), which we recommend for the good breakfast and the services of the facility. The cruise on the Orient Sun Times was truly excellent. The ship does not appear brand new compared to others, but it is very clean. The cabins are comfortable and renovated. The cuisine is exceptional in variety and quality. The entire staff is always smiling and kind in assisting you with any needs. The rest is made up of pyramids and temples, but everything that Cairo has to show (New Egyptian Museum, Coptic Cairo, mosque, Saladin fortress area, etc.) as well. Thanks to Ahmed, the tour operator and our contact during the trip. He was always interested in how our vacation was going and was there for us even when the domestic flight from Aswan had a significant delay.

5.00We contracted with Sun Pyramids and among others we had as a guide Omar Saleh who accompanied us on our visit to Old Cairo to the market and mosques explaining everything in great detail, proving that he is a great professional. Thank you Omar, we are very satisfied with the experiences lived on the trip

5.00We had a fabulous time. Over 2 days guide Bassant guided around the GEM, Saqqara and the Citadel. Her knowledge of ancient Egyptian history was amazing and was able to explain everything we were looking at and give us historical facts on it all. Bassant also took us to some places for us to get some uniquely Egyptian souvenirs, which was great. The driver was also fabulous and very courteous and patient, waiting for us at each location. Thanks to Seif at Sun Pyramids Tours for arranging the tours and the fantastic guides, you’ve made our time in Egypt very memorable.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Sun Pyramids Tours. When I enquired about 1 day private tour, Menna was very helpful and catered all our request and provided a very reasonable and cost effective tour plan. She was also very responsive even after work hours and during the weekends. She also made sure we provided her accurate flight arrival information to ensure we would be picked up at the airport. The private tour was excellent. Our tour guide Mohamed and driver Ahmed were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our need during the entire trip. Mohamed was very knowledgeable and provided very detailed and useful information about the history of the sites we visit. He also helped us to deal with those persistent street sellers. I am so grateful for the helps from Menna, Mohamed and Ahmed. Thank you to you all.

The guys at the agency are all very nice and friendly,israa was able to organize the tour in the best way by providing me with all the materials in advance,yunis was efficient,kind and super considerate. Emad on the other hand took us to discover the beauty of their country. An excellent guide and an amazing person. We traveled as a family with my disabled mother and we were amazed by all the optimal organization. Super recommended!
