Well organised and the guide was informative and entertaining. The Palace was a little crowded but the gardens were relaxing

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was extremely crowded, but she kept us organized and moving forward. The only issues I had with the tour were: 1) meeting the bus at the end of the tour - we sat for about an hour at the meeting point waiting for a bus to come back for us. 2) there wasn’t enough time to see everything we wanted to. I would have much rather spent that last hour in the gardens than waiting outside the palace for pickup. The bus situation was unorganized. If you’re limited by time then this tour works. I’d suggest a full day there instead if you’re able to.

We had a wonderful experience touring Versailles today. Maron was superb in leading as our guide and an expert on its history. He had the delivery & personality of a compassionate professor.

A very surprising day, my wife was keen to come to Versailles. After walking the palace with Mauro I learned a lot and was amazed a king so young could achieve so much. The garden walk through is sublime. A beautiful space to relax and forget about the world we live in. Get out of the cbd and see and learn some wonderful French history.

Definitely get the tour. We learned so much about the history of France. There was so much information about the artifacts in the palace that we would have missed without a tour guide. The only disappointment was that we didn’t have entry time to explore the gardens. That was my fault though. I should’ve booked a full day as opposed to a half day.
