It was a bit of a tourist trap, asking for tips the whole time, wasting a lot of time to get more opportunities to upsell, etc. They drive you to the area - highly recommend to bring your car so you can leave after the activities are done. Overall, it felt like a scam :(

The driver was very rude when he picked us up…threatening to leave us behind. The ATV experience was fine, however, quite slow and so many rules. The ziplines were average. The most annoying part was from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they were trying to upsell on something (VIP package, souvenirs, goggles, towels, reef shoes, food, drinks, photos, lockers). The upselling truly spoilt the experience. Don’t waste your money…go to Xlpor Fuego by Xcaret instead. We throughly enjoyed the Xplor park and it was way better value for money (even the included ATV’s were better).

I was hesitant to use this excursion based on reading the few poor and mid reviews but I’m glad I did. Our family had a blast. Yes there are upsells, yes they ask for tips, yes the ATVs are a little janky but things were organized, the guides knew what they were doing, they were attentive and everyone was friendly. The tacos were good and the tequila tasting was generous. Our guide Sergio was super friendly and funny and had great music playing for us. Don’t listen to the Debby-downers who expected some Kim Kardashian-type excursion.

We booked through TripAdvisor, but the experience feels very commercial. Even though you have already paid, you are constantly asked to pay extra. Right after arrival, you are pushed to upgrade because the original package is very limited. During the ATV ride, you have to pay extra for goggles and a face mask, which are not really necessary. The ATV track is short and not very exciting. The cenote is nice, but the food afterward is very basic. There is also pressure to tip, and it felt uncomfortable when we were asked to give more after already tipping. The experience ends in a shop where you are guided around while waiting for transport, clearly to encourage more spending. Overall, it’s okay, but not worth the money, considering how often you are asked to pay extra after already booking.

Not at all worth the $. You are greeted by an ultra pushy salesperson trying to up sell you. The cenote swimming was the best part but you only had 20 minutes there. ATV was next, not all members of our party got to drive, they forced you to ride with a guide. The ATV through the jungle is really just a gravel road that you go in circles on under power lines. It was not scenic or jungle, it is literally the access road used to build power lines. Forcing my two 18 year old daughters to straddle and hug a random guy made me VERY uncomfortable. The zipline staff were incredibly rude, that part took less than 10 minutes. The snacks at the end were ok, but when my husband went to pay the waitstaff stood and argued with my husband for a bigger tip (he had already tipped 30%) the tour guide made a 7 minute plea for more tips. It was ridiculous. Also not if you are coming from Playa del Carmen it’s a 2 hour bus ride. We spent more time in the shuttle than we did on the activity. Not at all worth the money, we felt scammed and wasted an entire day of our vacation on this.

This was the most fun we have ever had on any vacation excursion!!! We laughed literally the whole time!!! From the ATV ride; to the amazing zip lines to the hilarious shuttle ride into the jungle for the cenote jumping and the tequila tasting and amazing tacos…..there was never a dull moment! The vip purchase was well worth it! Trip of a lifetime!

It was extremely bad weather (heavy rains, thunder and lightning) and they refused to reschedule and/or refund my money!! It was a scary day all by itself and having to deal with them made it worse!!

Raoul was a great tour guide and made our experience seamless. All timelines were respected. We couldn’t believe how organized the tour was. We had so much fun. Would recommend!! The “snack” was better than expected.

We had a great time! The ziplines are wonderful and the ATV ride is great fun! Beautiful also the cenote because you can dive from various heights! Choose the "basic" package, do not take the plus. Basic is fine and you have almost everything included. You only have to pay 100 pesos for the locker. At the end of the tour they offer you two tacos each and water. The rest, if you want, is for a fee. Special mention for Raul, our guide, very good, and also for the girl who did the tequila tasting, super professional! The only negative note, the photos. Our photographer was very good but the complete photo package costs $75 (the entrance fee is less than the photos, about $55 per person). Too bad, because if the photos had been more honestly priced, everything would have been perfect!
