Georgia has many interesting and picturesque places, most of which can be visited by tour or car. I was on a tour of Kakheti led by guide Irakli and driver Raul. The tour began with a visit to the "Chronicle of Georgia" monument, a majestic structure on a hill overlooking the valley, mountains, and reservoir. We then went on a honey, churchkhela, and wine tasting. We even tried making churchkhela ourselves. Afterward, we arrived in the town of Sighnaghi, where we also had a wine tasting and lunch. The town itself is small, but located in a picturesque location with views of the Alazani Valley and vineyards. We concluded with a visit to Bodbe Monastery, a historical site important for the spread of Christianity in Georgia. Throughout the tour, our guide shared stories about the history of Georgia and the places we were visiting. The route was interesting and rich. The tour was well organized. We were lucky with the weather – it was sunny and warm. We were left with beautiful photos and wonderful memories.

This excursion was very well organized and expert, charming and eloquently accompanied by our guide Mariam. The program was very varied and literally offered something for every taste - and not just culinary. From Georgian sweets to wine and chachacha, bread and cheese tastings to local dishes - all handmade and without chemicals - to detailed explanations of Mariam about history, country and people, everything was there. I got to know Georgia much better as a result. The driver Raoul drove us calmly and safely through the picturesque countryside.

We took this trip with Mariam as a tour guide and Isaac as a driver. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about Georgian culture and translation. The wines were all very good and making ciurcihela (I don't know how to spell it) was a wonderful experience.

We were on a tour of Kakheti today – and it was just great! We are incredibly lucky to have a guide: Irakli is very charismatic, fun and professional. He led the tour simultaneously in English and Russian, and did so easily and casually. Constant jokes, created a warm and cozy atmosphere, which made the whole group feel as comfortable as possible. Always wondering if we have any questions - it feels like a person really loves his job and cares about tourists. We really enjoyed the tour. We saw the process of making churchhela and even managed to participate in it – it was a cool and authentic experience. They also tried different cheeses, churchela, honey and sauces - everything was incredibly delicious and educational. Nature and places in Kakheti are simply fascinating – very beautiful! All that's left is positive emotion. Definitely recommend this tour and guide Irakli to anyone who wants a vivid experience and a spirited atmosphere ❤️
