This is where our experience will start. We will meet at Starbucks. Cinelandia is an area where some of the prettiest buildings in Rio are located. Theatro Municipal, Biblioteca Nacional, Museu Nacional de Artes and the old Supremo Tribunal Federal buildings.

5.00Bruno was very helpful, patient, friendly! He went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. We got vip tickets to the sugarloaf and the Chris. We felt safe walking around with him. I totally recommend him . We did few trips with him….. (samba, restaurant….)

Bruno is a well-connected local who clearly knows everyone, and everyone knows him. His ties to the neighborhoods we visited allowed him to reveal a side of Rio that few tours can offer. We explored the city’s evolution from its origins to the present day and gained insight into the true heartbeat of this captivating, complex city. I wholeheartedly recommend Bruno. 5.00Bruno went above and beyond. Telling us and showing us all the highlights in the centro of Rio. There’s no way we could’ve found all these hidden gems on our own. He knew the history and background of all the landmarks and spoke perfect English the entire time. We felt very safe and the 4 hour walking tour was not too much walking for my 6 months pregnant wife. Bruno was awesome. 10/10 recommend

5.00I had experienced the beaches and caipirinhas, but after some time in Rio, I wanted to know more about the history of this enchanting city. Bruno and the Past to the Present tour was just what I needed. Five minutes into the tour, I knew I was in the right hands. Bruno. was prepared with facts, trivia, intrigue that brought the city alive. He encouraged questions and provided well researched responses. Based on some questions, he knew my interests, and branched out to include other facts he might have otherwise not included. For example, he shared a book of vintage now/then photos that compared certain historical spots in the city to modern day. His knowledge about how one of the hills was razed to increase the size of the city was fascinating. I admired his passion, focus on details, depth of knowledge, and sensitivity to history that he brought to his subject matter. You will not be disappointed with the tour. Bruno makes history come to life right before your eyes.

5.00Bruno is a fantastic guide with a clear knowledge and passion for the city. I was really impressed by his thoughtfulness, attention, passion, kindness, and comprehensiveness of the tour. You can definitely tell he has thought it out and is very thorough. This was my last day in Rio and I had already done several things, but still felt new! I saw places I had not seen yet and learned new things. Highly recommend and I wish I had more time to do additional tours with Bruno! Super friendly guy and a great way to spend a few hours!

He is unique in what he does, and he does it not as a job but as a vocation. Rio can be lucky to have such a guide.
