What To Expect
Tirana
Your tour guide will pick you up either from your accommodation or a nearby meeting point for an easy start to the day. Get comfortable on the bus while your guide shares fun facts and interesting information about Albania and its lifestyle, making sure everything runs smoothly.
The first stop is after about an hour of driving, in the small town of Belsh. Here you’ll have 30 minutes to stretch your legs, enjoy a coffee, and take in the charm of this non-touristic area with its peaceful small lake and quiet surroundings. It’s a much nicer break than stopping at a gas station!

5.00It was a long trip from Tirana but definitely worth it. Noel was our guide, he told a lot and with a lot of passion about the history of Albania during the outward drive. The highlight of the day was of course the visit to the castle of Berat. The museum visit was optional, we found it an added value. There was ample free time to have lunch and then stroll through the narrow alleys of the city areas.
