Avoid this tour company. Our trip started late and felt completely rushed. They added an unnecessary self-guided stop in Melk, meaning we just paid for a shuttle. Our guide, Lydia, barely spoke English and provided zero information on the sights. We experienced the exact same disappointing service in Hallstatt and Salzburg. I will be contacting them to request a refund for this poor experience.

Amazing way to see the sights and move from Vienna to Salzburg. Lily was a great guide. Hallstatt was amazing.

This is a 13 hrs day tour, start at 8am. We have Lily as a tour guide, she was direct with instructions, yet nice, kind & professional as well as caring for her people. I had witness someone was late with coffee in hand, she say “coffee is not allow in the bus” Person-say something, Lily- so u disrespect & wasted everyone’s 5 mins for your coffee?” I like this direct as this was covered at the beginning of the tour, disrespect everyone else for your own entitlement. Go Lily. You will be an amazing tour guide.

Fantastic company. They were prompt, organized, and very reliable. Alexander gave us a thorough history on the regions where we traveled. The monastery, fairytale village of Hallstatt and Salzburg were all delightful and our guide in Salzburg was wonderful as well. Don't visit Austria without seeing this part of the country. The mountains and lakes are stunning! It was also fun to talk with people in the group from other countries. A great shared adventure!

Yes, it’s a long day, but about 1/3 of the time you’re sitting in a nice air-conditioned bus (at least we were). We had a very nice, knowledgeable tour guide who explained everything on the bus — where we were going and what we would see. However, once we arrived at each stop, we were mostly on our own (except in Salzburg). Of course, everyone wants more time at each place, but it is what it is when you’re time-constrained. I loved Melk Abbey. Even though we spent the least amount of time there, it gave me a great reason to go back to Austria and explore the Wachau Valley more thoroughly. Hallstatt — what can I say? Yes, it’s beautiful, but the crowds can overwhelm it. Maybe we needed more time there to truly appreciate it. It’s basically a long, narrow strip of lakeside land, perfect for taking the famous selfie. There are food stands and shops along the way, but it gets very busy with tourists. Hey, it’s Austria — just lower your expectations a bit and you’ll be fine. Salzburg is a beautiful, historic city. We had a lovely guide who led us around the old town. Again, not enough time, but more than enough to know we want to go back. The bus had a restroom, but it was apparently not available for use. No big deal though — they always pointed out the restrooms at each stop. On the long return trip to Vienna, they also stopped at a rest area. Overall, it was a very nice trip that I would definitely recommend!

This adventure was charming, beautiful lakes and story book scenery. Our tour guide Olga was charming, interesting and thorough. She had so many interesting facts about each region we traveled through. She gave us a tiny bottle of salt and the end of the tour also. The driver was efficient and polite. I highly recommend this adventure if you want to see beautiful mountains, emerald green lakes and enchanting homes nestled in the lush greenery.

Hallstatt is a charming town in a unique setting, but we did not have much time to visit it. In my opinion, Salzburg is not worth traveling so many hours to visit the city.

This tour was excellent and informative. Our guide, Olga, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Scenery was amazing and purchases reasonable for a tourist location.
