What To Expect
Ljubljana Old Town
After an hour and a half of driving through Croatian and Slovenian countryside and hearing all the info. about Slovenia life and culture we arrive in Ljubljana. On arrival, you will go on the orientation walking tour. Climb up to Ljubljana castle with the funicular, explore the city walls, and admire the views of the Julian Alps in the distance. Our guide has all the local insights and handy tips to leave you wanting to explore some more. The guide will show the major sites and give you some history and cultural lessons along the way. When the walking tour finishes you will have a deeper understanding of Ljubljana's landmarks and more confidence navigating on your own for the next 2 hours of your free time.
Julian Alps
Capture the spirit of magical Lake Bled, from the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana to an image of paradise, all that in just 30 min drive. Bled Castle and Lake are sitting on the edge of the Triglav National Park located in the Julian Alps. There is so much to do at Bled, especially during the tourist season. It is impossible to see and experience everything in one afternoon, this is why your guide will help you organize time according to your preferences.

5.00This was a great tour and had a small group. The tour guide Matej was very helpful and knowledgeable about history to answer the questions. Slovenia is so beautiful and loved the lake bled along with the castle. Will definitely recommend this tour.

5.00A really nice tour, great balance of sites, narration, free time and quiet driving time. We saw so much in 1 day! Got a little info about Croatia and Slovenia on the drive out, then a lovely Ljublyana intro, just enough to know where to wander during free time. Then a beautiful drive to Lake Bled, an explanation of options of what to do there, a good amount of free time to see the lake and then a peaceful ride back to Zagreb. Awesome job by Dino the guide, who did all the driving and the narration and answered all our questions!

5.00This day trip from Zagreb was fabulous! Our tour guide Dino shared lots of interesting info about Zagreb and Slovenia with insight into differences & similarities between the 2 countries. It was clear that he truly enjoyed sharing his knowledge with us. The small group size (4 people - 2 others did not show up for the tour) made it easy to do the walking tour of Ljubljana & he was very flexible regarding our time at Lake Bled. We had about 2 hours free time to explore the city- would love to have had more time, but there are only so many hours in the day. At Lake Bled we truly enjoyed the castle & enjoyed a glass of wine & cream cake on the sunny terrace above the lake. If you have the time, don't miss this trip. Initially we had problems downloading our ticket vouchers from Trip Advisor, but the staff at Pathfinder Tours took care of the issue promptly & were great in communicating with us.

Speaks very good English and very accommodating with questions and requests of guests. Ivan, the driver, kept us safe and always at the meeting places on time. I would highly recommend this day tour. 5.00Great one-day trip. The tour guide Marin was knowledgeable, entertaining and very accomodating. The bus driver Siniša drove safely and patiently. Ljubljana is a nice, clean and vibrant city, while the beauty of Lake Bled is stunning. The local cuisine is delicious.
