The DISCOVERING THE SOUTH FUERTEVENTURA TOUR is the best way to discover the marvelous central-southern area of the island through an excursion carried out with a minivan for a maximum of 8 passengers.
Crossing typical and characteristic villages, we will stop for an excellent tasting of typical products in one of the local farms.
Passing by Betancuria, with its passages in nature and incredibly charming panorama, we will visit the natural caves of Ajuy, a small fishing village where we can spend free time on the black beach or taste the dishes of the local cuisine.
We will continue the journey in a south-easterly direction towards the Costa Calma area, 18 km of white beach in the famous Playa di Sotavento, to relax a little longer and enjoy the sunny day.
It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, for breaks at the sea bring the necessary for the beach. In case of wind it is preferable to have a sweatshirt with you.

Passing through typical and characteristic villages, we will stop in one of the local farms where we will accompany you for an excellent tasting of typical products. We will visit the farm, the animal area and the production area of QUESO MAJORERO, the famous goat's cheese from FUERTEVENTURA. Possibility to purchase typical food and wine products of the CANARY ISLANDS.

We stop at a wonderful panoramic point at 600m above sea level where we can admire the typical beauty of Fuerteventura.

Fantastic excursion to the North and South of Fuerteventura

5.00Booked last minute through TripAdvisor with an excursion company - Kali Travel - as we were not sure how and when rain will arrive as we wanted to make the best of the few days to the South and the North. We stayed in the north of the island in Collerajo. The excursion to the south part of the island was amazing. It was tiring but enjoyed the visits to the different beaches. The black sand beach by the caves of Ajuy was the highlight of the day. Sue to gigh winds, the top of the caves were unfortunately closed by the police but people still took the risk and went. The photos on the beach and by the caves were just amazing, especially towards the evening and the sunset. You have to see it for yourself as the photos do not do justice. The other sandy beaches in the south were also great, but not much time was left, which was a shame. Our guide, Joseph, was great. The trip in the North was also fantastic with visiting the beaches with Lagoons, Light House, and Sand Dunes, which were just amazing. The excursion to the North was led by our tour guide - Selve - again, he was also very entertaining. (A Personal Observation) The only thing I found a bit challenging with both the tours was, we spent quite a bit of time with the Aloe Vera farm in North and Goats Cheese Farm in the South took a bit of the time, which could have been compensated for more time for dunes in North and golden sand beach in South as none of the fellow tourists were interested in purchasing any products. I understand that as a company on the island, they do have the moral responsibility to encourage and showcase entrepreneurship on the island. In summary - Great excursion company. Tour itineraries are well balanced throughout the day, and do provide a lot of time to have a good lunch and drop-offs back to the hotels. Thank you to Max for accommodating us on the short notice. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a well-balanced tour. We will approach them again during our next visit.

5.00Great to explore the south island & learn about the history & culture of Fuertaventura. Josē our guide was an excellent driver and a brilliant guide. He gave us alot of information - spoke fluent English & German - & was very friendly. He made our trip!

1.00The photo is wrong, you don't visit Cofete beach. Far too much driving and the sightseeing points were a repetition, on the cheese farm a large crowd with participants of major bus companies

5.00Had a brilliant day exploring the south of the Island, amazing views and loved exploring. Silv was really interesting with great knowledge of absolutely everything. I am petrified of heights especially on roads but Silv was a great driver who made sure I was ok with good humour to keep my mind of the roads. Definitely recommend

5.00Brilliant day out with Silv who managed the tour well with people who had different mobility levels. All the stops were the right duration, not too long, not too rushed. There are steps in Ajuy and Sotovento but for anyone who chooses not to use steps, there are other places to sit.
