The DISCOVERING THE SOUTH FUERTEVENTURA TOUR is the best way to discover the marvelous central-southern area of the island through an excursion carried out with a minivan for a maximum of 8 passengers.
Crossing typical and characteristic villages, we will stop for an excellent tasting of typical products in one of the local farms.
Passing by Betancuria, with its passages in nature and incredibly charming panorama, we will visit the natural caves of Ajuy, a small fishing village where we can spend free time on the black beach or taste the dishes of the local cuisine.
We will continue the journey in a south-easterly direction towards the Costa Calma area, 18 km of white beach in the famous Playa di Sotavento, to relax a little longer and enjoy the sunny day.
It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, for breaks at the sea bring the necessary for the beach. In case of wind it is preferable to have a sweatshirt with you.

Oscar was a great host, interesting info on the island and people throughout the day and several interesting stop off points. Oscar ensured we all knew about about each stop and how to get the best out of them. Clean vehicle, well driven

It was an amazing day exploring the South of the island. The size of the group was just perfect and made the experience more personal, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really made sure we had a lovely time.

This is a sweet little tour to see a bit of the surrounding. As the guide said lots of landscape and viewing points, little things to share. You will have short stops which allow for a stretch and a breather and see the nicest areas in the south. Well worth it and a good break from the beach or surf days. It all depends on the guide though. Hopefully you are more lucky. Ours was clearly uninteressted, did his thing, his English was hard to understand and he was mainly speaking italian (was an english group) and he was mostly concerned about speeding everyone through the different stops. Unfortunate for us but would still recommend the tour.

We are very glad we did this tour. The weather was a bit cold that day and we were sceptical about doing the tour but our guide Oscar arrived on time and reassured us that it was going to be great. And it was great indeed! The weather cleared up quickly and our group was great fun. Oscar shared amazing insights with us about the island, its vegetation and its rich history and culture. You can see how passionate he is about the island and preserving its authenticity. The caves were closed due to weather conditions but he took us to another great location instead which was fantastic. Through this tour we were able to be see the wild side of the island which would not have been possible without our guide. We highly recommend doing this tour if you are in Fuerteventua, it is a fantastic way to see the highlights of the island.

they should know that there are drivers there who should not be in the job because of their very dangerous driving.
