5.00Perfect days event, hired mountain bikes for a full day and followed the road downhill via several waterfalls. We parked at each waterfall, locked out bikes together with the supplier chain, even put the helmets through the chain, then took the cable cars across, or walked down to the rope bridges. The hikes back up were very hot, but relatively short! Bikes were great, I couldn't get the highest 5 gears, but not necessary as you don't need to pedal downhill! Never needed the lower 5 as the up hill sections are short and not too steep. Perfect way to spend a day, came back in a truck for $4, would have been $3 if we wanted to wait for other bikes. Amazingly long way back and nearly all uphill. You don't realise how far you go while free wheeling downhill! Brilliant, highly recommend.
