I had the pleasure of joining Joo-Ee's DMZ tour during my recent visit to Korea, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment we met, Joo-Ee’s warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and excited about the journey ahead. Her extensive knowledge of the history and significance of the DMZ added a depth to the experience that I truly appreciated. Each stop was thoughtfully explained, with fascinating stories that brought the site to life. Joo-Ee was also incredibly attentive to our needs, making sure everyone was comfortable and answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. Not only did we gain insight into a crucial part of Korean history, but we also felt a genuine connection thanks to Joo-Ee's storytelling and passion for her country. I left the tour with unforgettable memories and a greater understanding of the complex history surrounding the DMZ. If you're considering a tour, don't hesitate to book with Joo-Ee; you won't regret it! Thank you, Joo-Ee, for an amazing tour.

This was one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Our tour guide, Jooee, was so knowledgeable and funny! She made the tour more interesting. We had a very early start to the day which meant that we ended early as well, which we liked. Everyone was on time for the pick-ups so we were the first tour at the DMZ. Jooee made sure of that. The itinerary was full but not overwhelming. We were definitely kept busy with several breaks in between. This was a very physical tour which included hiking a steep tunnel and up a trail to see the suspension bridge. All of which were doable. Jooee explained the history of the 2 Koreas very well. I even got to practice my Korean with Jooee, which was so sweet of her! All in all, we would do this tour again and we would recommend it to our friends and family whenever they visit Korea!

Had a great day out with Vincent, he was extremely informative and knowledgeable about North Korea, the DMZ and also is a great story teller. He timed everything perfectly so we avoided other groups. The mix of the tunnel, observatory and bridge were fascinating, as well as the little museum type place at the end. A mix of intrigue, interest, emotion and a bit of adventure at the end. It was very cold and he made sure we could get in the van to warm up when we needed. When I came home lots of people asked why I went to the DMZ but when I explained all I had learned they got really interested and can definitely see why I went! It’s a really informative tour - it’s not just about being able to see North Korea, it’s about history, and most importantly people. Truly fascinating and I’m so pleased I took this tour.
