This tour was an amazing full-day adventure and one of the highlights of my time in Belize. It includes a visit to the Mayan temple of Altun Ha, a jungle hike with cave tubing, and ziplining high above the rainforest canopy. As an added bonus, lunch is included—and it was honestly so good I would go back just for the food, especially the delicious spicy pickled vegetables. I took the first ferry from San Pedro to Belize City and met the tour guide, Brian, right at the ferry terminal. Brian was fun, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much about the history of Belize, the culture, and what daily life is like for Belizeans. I joked that he was the best babysitter ever because he took such great care of our small group, which included two other solo travelers like me. This is a fantastic tour if you’re traveling solo—you’ll feel totally comfortable and well looked after. Don’t forget your bug spray and sunglasses! I really loved spending the day in nature and getting to experience so many different activities in one trip. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a fun, adventurous day in Belize.

Brian was an amazing guide. Our first stop was Alton Ha where he taught us about Mayan life and even took our pictures. Next we did zip lining with zipline.bz and the guides were wonderful. We then had a great lunch of chicken and rice. Chicken fell off the bone.lastly we did the cave tubing. Very relaxing! And Brian taught us more about the Mayans. I would highly recommend Salt life echo tours

What an amazing experience. Cave tubing was my absolute favorite part of the tour! Spending the entire day with Joey was also amazing. I travel a lot and he was probably one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. He was so kind, patient, and so so knowledgeable about everything that we asked about. Coming from the US we don’t use a lot of natural remedies and learning about everything that is in nature to help with different things is so fascinating. I highly recommend this tour. Joey, THANK YOU!!

This is one of the best day adventures I've ever done, and Jeff is one of the best guides ever! The communication and service from the brothers that run these tours is top notch, as is the experience with everyone part of curating this day. They offered pick up from my hotel and drop off at the ferry to San Pedro without issue. Starting with the zipline company, which is locally owned and operated (Jeff noted this partnership is intentional to make sure the experience supports the local economy). This adventure is so fun, and the instructors made sure that safety was a top priority. There was a family with small children with us, and the instructors clearly communicated expectations and how to be safe while having a blast. The final zipline over the river is thrilling, the perfect denouement! Next, tubing through caves. This is a beautiful spot, and Jeff directly leads this experience -- not in a tube with the group but directly in the water acting as driver and anchor! He is knowledgeable and passionate about his job and it shows! He also sent a planning message days ahead of the trip, including what to bring for each part of the day so everyone could be prepared. We then stopped for lunch at a locally owned, open-air restaurant alongside the road. The food was exceptional, the chicken fell right off the bone! Authentic Belizean lunch that hit the spot exactly when needed after the morning of adventures. Finally, we explored the Altun Ha ruins. Jeff once again led this experience, and it was really interesting to learn about the history, what it means to Belizeans, and how it is still protected. This was a great end to the day. Another note, this day adventure was a great opportunity to see more of the country outside of just the tourist areas of Belize City! Jeff is such a great guide but also a lovely human. He shared stories about his family and it is clear how proud he is to be a husband, father, and grandfather. He also spoke at length about the importance of Belizeans investing in Belize, the work he does in his community to support economic opportunity and schoolchildren with the supplies they need to stay in school. All around awesome human and I'm glad I was able to not only enjoy this fantastic experience in Belize but help support the work he is doing to invest in his community. There are no additional or surprise fees, everything is included in the cost, but remember to bring cash for tipping these guides that create an amazing experience and take great care of each guest! Can't recommend this enough. Enjoy the adventure!

This was a wonderful experience. We loved that we were only 8 people in the group. Tour guide Jeff did a great job leading us and telling us about different things. Our favorite part was the cave tubing.

Jeff our guide was very friendly and knowledgable. Our first stop was ziplines (6), then cave tubing, and last Altun Ha ruins. I felt safe on the zipline. Bring your bug spray. Cave tubing was awesome, beautiful view. (you do not need socks for this one, just water shoes.) we didn't have a lot of time at the ruins. We climbed one and took pictures before we had to leave for people in our group to catch their ship. We took the first ferry from Caye Caulker to Belize City and the last ferry back.
