This was an amazing day with an educational portion, learning about the local geology of the slopes and why wine tastes how it does because of what it grows over (limestone, clay, soil). We had an amazing charcuterie lunch with wines, cellar tour and vineyard tour. Great people, relaxing and educational! I would 100% recommend this tour!

I want to congratulate and thank Albane for the best experience in Beaune. The tour was fantastic! They picked us up in a clean, spacious, and modern van. Albane has extensive knowledge of the region, its history, and its wines. The two vineyards we visited were excellent; we learned so much, and the wine selection we were served was simply sublime. It's rare to find a guide so passionate about her work. She made our experience unforgettable and truly special. When we return, we will definitely take the tour again and ask for her. Thank you so much to Albane and the team at "A la française, Bourgogne.

The guide was excellent and she had great knowledge of the area. She was very good and knows her wines for sure... My only negative on the tour set up is that there was too much sitting around for me... I would have preferred more walking, riding everywhere and perhaps a picnic in the vineyards. In 5 hours you can see a lot more than we did...

Matilda picked us up and gave history on the drive to the wineries. It was educational as well as delicious. I really appreciated her detail to every part of each region and displays to give us a visual. It was initially overwhelming like I was back in school but a very fun and laid back experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Our tour guide, Matilda, was so impressive. She had a thorough understanding of the wine process and gave us very insightful info on the history behind wine production in the Bourgogne Region. Our wine tasting and lunch at Chanzy was amazingly good as were the various wines that sampled. Our second stop at the Martenot winery gave us a complete understanding of the bottling and aging process with a sampling of some delicious wines in their cave/cellar. Matilda made the day thoroughly enjoyable and delightful. Highly recommend any tour with Matilda.

This experience it's self was fun. Turned out to be very expensive and not worth it. I will never use viator again after being a long time customer. Viator tells me that I had to pay in British pound even though I live in United States and never would book it that way. Again I have used them many times in past and haven't had that problem. After several calls to explain they would not issue a refund and this trip already expensive ended up being 230 US dollars more then expected. I am completely done with Viator.
