  We had an amazing day-tour with Gamma travel. We visited the main famous spots within the exclusion zone. Our guide Alex explained everything very well and he did a wonderful job going in depth in Chernobyl’s story. He explained a lot of background, allowing us to learn a lot and gaining more background to the disaster. We highly recommend this tour with this tour company when visiting Kyiv.

  Just had an amazing day on the tour with the 2 guides Alex ,the main guide ,Max who was training and the driver Victor We started the day with a prompt pick up Where Alex started his informative talk on the toue As well as chatting through the safety measures We started our day looking through a first part of the exclusion zone before moving on to the second part of the tour where Alex spoke of the cold war From here we drove by the containment unit then stopped for some food I wasn't a fan of the food to be honest From there we.took a small 2 minute drive To the photo area for the containment unit and more info from Alex From there we moved on to the part everyone wants to see Prypet and trust me you will not be disappointed Throughout the tour the guides were friendly Giving everyone enough time To.take photos and have a look about the area Could not have asked for better guides Thank you guys

  We had a perfect and very interesting day with Kate as our guide. She is extremely competent and knows her stuff very well. She was absolutely the guide you would want for this tour. The transportation was perfect as well. Nice bus with wifi onboard. We got to see all the good places of Chernobyl and Pripyat. It was a lovely day, and I could definitely recommend you to go with Gamma Travel!

  Great tour and unforgettable experience! The guide and her stories made the whole history of Chernobyl come to life. However, I would strongly recommend everyone to go on this tour during the warm season or at least wear as many layers as you can :).

  Despite this was my first and only trip to exclusion zone of Chernobyl, I was pleasantly amazed by service of Gamma. "Alex I would recommend" Frodo could have said about 21 of January 2022 in Pripyat. And I totally agree with him and join his opinion. This particular guide has deep knowledge and expresses local atmosphere of Polisya, centuries of ukrainian culture and crucial results of politics. I have never understood the overall importance of the event of 26th of 1986 as much untill real sightseeng. Thank you for exciting day! Mary from Kyiv

  I always wanted to visit Chernobyl having heard the stories and tragedy as a kid and after many years I was able to go unexpected at the last moment with a nice group,a great driver and an amazing guide Alex who was an excellent narrative ,experienced with history and he makes see the tragedy from its human side more than an attraction where you come to respect those who sacrificed their lives to save others. I would definitely recommend Gamma tours for anyone who wishes to visit the site and the surroundings

  We did the tour with Alex and it was an unforgettable experience. Despite having an intermediate level of English we understood everything and was able to translate for my girlfriend. In addition, Alex explained some things in Spanish so that my girlfriend could understand. I would recommend him 100%.

  This company has arranged for us to have a wonderful group tour of Chernobyl and Pripiat. The Alex guide entertained us , entertained us, and told so many stories and notions about the area , it was really enlightening and very instructive. It took us to all the highlights and brought out the most from every hour spent on site. The organization was impeccable, and even lunch was included, which by the way was a great three-course lunch. I highly recommend this company if you want to visit Chernobyl!

  a busy day in a historical and tragic place left a great impression. Thank you very much to our guide Alex for a wonderful and detailed excursion. Alex is definitely an expert on this and you can see how much he knows the history in general and the history of this place. Also, many thanks to our driver Victor, an empathetic, kind and helpful and wonderful driver. Special thanks to the manager who answered my numerous letters and questions by mail :)

  We really did not enjoy much.The guide's English was not clear most of the time .The guide needs to explain the things in a simple manner.The food was disgusting and we could not ea although we paid 10 euros for each.So please bring your own food with you.
