Tour operator Gadi was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating throughout our private tour. His knowledge of Jerusalem was exceptional and his way of incorporating many viewpoints/religions/cultures was very respectful and greatly appreciated. He knew just how to go through Jerusalem to see the most, with short cuts and special side trips. Our driver was also accommodating even stopping and getting us umbrellas when it threatened rain. He dropped Gadi off and took us to meet our guide Saed in Bethlehem and then returned us to Gadi afterwards. He knew how to avoid traffic well on our return home. Saed was also friendly and knowledgeable and helped us obtain a particular souvenir we were looking for in Bethlehem.

The 2 weeks that I spent in Israel was phenomenal. Our Israeli guide -Allan Rabinowitz was very efficient, punctual and most all very knowledgeable. His passion and love for what he does as well as his humility is truly inspiring. I was thoroughly impressed by his wealth of knowledge and the dates that he rattled off was incredible. He is a sponge of knowledge and a great historian. I would highly recommend Allan Rabinowitz to other pilgrims embarking on a tour /pilgrimage. My stay at the Notre Dame hotel was commendable. The staff was very polite as well as efficient and the management was very accommodating. The Notre Dame is a well oiled machine. The ambiance was very inviting. This hotel is "spick and span" and it is a pleasure to be in a meticulously clean environment as the staff take pride in their work. My experience of Israel is truly memorable and I will revisit Israel in the not too distant future as the wealth of history is inexhaustible.
