1.00I'm sure this tour would have been fantastic, had I been able to go. I booked this tour in advance and was in communication with the guide via WhatsApp days before the experience. All was set for a great day. However, 12 hours and 24 minutes before my tour, it was cancelled. The only way I found out was through the auto-generated email from Viator. Despite our previous communications via Whatsapp, the operator did not email or message me, or offer any apology for such a short notice cancellation. I strongly advise you to select another tour to enjoy your time in Kuwait.

1.00DO NOT BOOK! Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our tour guide cancelled at the very last minute with ZERO notice—no call, no message, nothing. I was ready to go, excited for the tour I had planned well in advance, only to be left standing around wondering what happened. No apology, no explanation, just completely ghosted us. Viator support was also useless and frustrating, inexperienced and dismissive representative. This is not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. If you’re looking for someone reliable or even remotely considerate, look elsewhere. Total waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

1.00No guide showed up for my tour with this company. My hotel tried to ring them, no reply. The receptionist said this had previously occurred with an other guest. I received no email or any other communication from the tour company either. The support staff at Viator were very helpful
