Enjoy a private, customized day trip on our 58' Viking Princess. With capacity up to 12 guests, treat yourself to a day of luxury motoring around St Thomas and St. John. Price includes captain and crew member, breakfast, open bar customized to fit your requests as well as a wide variety of afternoon snacks. We can cater to meet your needs on this boat. We also provide snorkel gear. This boat has a large air conditioned seating area on the deck, a sunpad in the back and the front, and a large cabin area with bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette.

Professionalism Matters!

1.00Our original review was intentionally balanced and focused on our personal experience as paying customers. We specifically acknowledged the excellent experience we had with Captain Chris and Lauren because we believe in giving credit where it is deserved. That is precisely why the contrast in professionalism, communication, hospitality, and overall customer service during the second charter stood out so clearly to our group from the beginning. At no point did our review attack your company personally or attempt to create a “campaign.” Multiple members of a group sharing similar experiences across platforms is not unusual when those experiences are genuine. What is unfortunate is that instead of professionally addressing the concerns raised, your response relied heavily on personal insults, assumptions about our character, and exaggerated accusations that do not accurately reflect the situation. Publicly referring to guests as “the worst group,” suggesting a lack of “basic human decency,” and telling customers to “get it together” speaks for itself and does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from a hospitality business. To clarify further, no one in our group was intoxicated or behaving aggressively. The difference in atmosphere and customer service was noticeable during our interactions onboard throughout the charter, which ultimately influenced how we chose to spend the remainder of the day once we arrived at the island. We also never disputed the importance of safety procedures. Safety rules absolutely matter and should always be enforced. However, enforcing safety policies and communicating with guests professionally are not mutually exclusive. Additionally, while your response chose to publicly reference gratuity, it omitted other legitimate concerns that we intentionally did not include in the original review, including significant fuel charges that differed substantially from the previous day’s charter despite a less extensive route, as well as an additional charge of approximately $850 processed to our card without prior authorization or clear communication beforehand. At the end of the day, customers are entitled to share their honest experiences just as businesses are entitled to respond. Future guests can read both sides and form their own conclusions based not only on the original review, but also on the tone and professionalism reflected in your public response. We sincerely wish your business and your crew the best moving forward.

5.00Had an awesome two days out on the water with Holden and Lauren! They showed us both sides of St. John, and it was absolutely worth it. The whole experience was smooth, fun, and unforgettable. The kids didn’t want to leave Lauren — which says everything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great day (or two) on the water!

5.001000/1000 YOU HAVE TO BOOK THIS. SO SO WORTH IT! I just went for my bachelorette and they made are whole trip! They were so nice and literally made us feel like we were on a Below Desk episode! They made sure we were safe but also having the most fun ever! Best memories ever on this boat.

5.00Full Day - 45′ Lagoon - Luxury Catamaran Sailboat Our extended family of 12 (ages 17 to 82) had an awesome day on the water. We started with snorkeling at Maho Bay. Then hit a few other beaches & bays and ended at Christmas Cove. Our captain and first mate were extremely accommodating with every request and question we had. We will be using Sonic in the future!

5.00We traveled to St John with 4 other couples and spent a day with the Sonic crew! Was a wonderful trip. The crew was incredibly fun and knowledgeable. We were greeted with cocktails and a huge fruit plate. When we snorkeled they had all the gear out and ready to go like pros. We enjoyed sitting up front as we rode around and enjoyed a great snack in the afternoon. Since we went during off season a lot of restaurants were closed, but the company had recommended we stop at the deli and bring sandwiches. Pro tip!! I will book this again in a heartbeat when we return!

5.00Family/Friend group of 9 with kids 10yo to 14 yo - everyone loved this trip. Plenty of shade and space on the boat to move around and Captain Holden and First Mate Kelly made us feel right at home. Every reef and bay we visited was top notch and we loved the adventure of it all. Kelly gave us some great island history along the way. Hands down the favorite day for everyone on our trip. Worth every penny. We will be back.

5.00We had the most wonderful day on January 31 with Sonic Charters on their 45' Lagoon catamaran. Comfort, luxury, great drinks and snacks and most importantly great captain and mate that treated us like VIP's! we had lunch at Lovango Resort and snorkeling in the morning and afternoon at great spots. Highly recommend Sonic for their great people, wonderful boats and knowledge of the waters. Will go again for sure.
Best part of our trip. Boat. Beaches. Bars. Best friends. Felt incredibly lucky!
