• Great Tour but felt incomplete

  I went on the all day Niagara Falls, Journey Behind the Falls, Boat tours and Skyland Tower. The tour was great. The guide was very informative and kind. The only concern I had is I feel missed out on a key part that I wanted to do was the tower. According to the itinerary it stated the tower was at the end. It was number 6. But we didn’t end up going there. We ended up in a town that we could walk around in. Now as nice as this town was we were here for over an hour and I would have preferred to have gone to the tower. I am not sure why we didn’t end up going there but I was a bit disappointed when we were on our way back with no mention of the tower. I am thinking when we were at the boat excursion that is when we should have gone to the tower if we wanted. But this was not conveyed that was when we were to do this. Or where the tower was accessible. I did not question it at the time as according to the itinerary we had not gotten to it yet so I figured we were still going there. So I didn’t question why he didn’t mention it there. It never crossed my mind. When we were told we were heading back it would have been too late to question why we missed the tower as there would not have been time to go to it. So in the future for other people attending it would be nice for other people that it was clear at each stop what we can do there. The other concern I have is we went to the maple tasting. It was amazing. The chocolate was amazing. I wanted to purchase something as we were given a discount but however there was no way for anyone to purchase anything as there was no time to stand in the long line. I was quite saddled I was unable to purchase some chocolate and syrup. So maybe take this into account and possibly have the shop if they are giving us a discount to have more staff on or a line itself for tour bus. Because for the shop to give us a discount that we can’t use is a false gift. Thank you for your time.

  Called Kings Tour (operator that offers this tour) to ask some additional questions. The gentleman who assisted me, said his name was Abdul, was TERRIBLE. This man would not let me finish a sentence, kept cutting me off, would literally not let me ask my questions. I cannot believe this is who they have in charge of customer service. I kept asking to speak with someone else, which he refused. That alone discouraged me from booking this tour.

  A great day. Fantastic guide. It didn't start too good, contacted the tour operator to make sure of the meeting point, Sheraton hotel. They said outside main reception. However got a phone call, from the driver wondering where we were. It turned out he was waiting on a side door entrance . So glad he phoned. Wouldn't want to have to missed the tour. Seeing the Niagara Falls is definitely a must. Book it

  Very professional tour guide/driver. Took us to Niagara Falls, Niagara whirlpool, and Niagara-on-the-lake. Was very nice trip. Seats are small on bus, but luckily it wasn’t crowded so we could have more room

  Our driver was great! This trip is a must do if you visit Toronto. Great way to tour Niagra Falls - let someone else deal with the traffic.

  I can't remember our drivers name, but he was excellent. He was very kind and patient with me and my sister. He helped her with her walker which really helped me a lot. Thank you!

  Very nice trip. The guidance of the guide was invaluable. The places visited were great. He should have stayed longer in Niagara on the lake. But excursion to the top.

  Tour was really good, the tour guide was friendly but the only thing I think could improve is the time in each stop, you gotta do everything in a hurry cause 15 minutes in a winery you can barely finish the tasting it should be at least an hour, comes back to Toronto before 17h so there was plenty of time in the day still that was badly distributed.

  A nice combination with visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Palatine winery. But Toronto traffic meant that we spent more time on the bus than sightseeing, 11 hours from start to finish. I advise getting the boat ticket when you arrive and not through TripAdvisor. Due to confusion with the tour operator, I had to call at the last minute to get my boat ticket by email.

  Good day out and plenty of time and support by the tour guide to add options to do extra activities. Some times hard to understand.
