What To Expect

The highlight of the tour is, of course, Niagara Falls. Travelers will get to see the falls from multiple viewpoints, including the American Falls, the Horseshoe Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. They can also take a boat ride on the Hornblower (additional charge), which gets them up close to the falls. You are free to explore without the tour guide at this point of the tour.

5.00Truly magnificent experience that shouldn’t be missed. Even with it being the wettest day we’ve experienced on any holiday I would recommend a tour to Niagra Falls time and time again. Felix, our tour guide facilitated everyone’s requirements with multiple drop offs due to the awful weather. Bonus points added due to, being able to skip the long Queues because of the company’s pre-booking.

5.00I had an extra day in Toronto so I decided to take this tour with King. What an amazing time. The falls were amazing to see. The short stop in niagara on the lake town was a nice touch. The tour was with about 12 other people.

5.00This was a really wonderful tour. Small numbers, beautiful sprinter van, a really comfortable way to travel. Calm, peaceful and great stop off points after the falls- particularly enjoyed the little town we visited on our way home, had time to stop, have a wander and a drink while we watched the world go by. David collected us to bring us to the drop off location, super interesting guy, so friendly, great chats and told us lots about the city. Vin was our tour guide and driver for the rest of the tour and equally brilliant, very patient, kind amd just lovely to travel with. Would absolutely recommend this tour - and definitely do the behind the falls options.

5.00This was a wonderful day trip to Niagara Falls from Toronto! Our tour guide, Mani, was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgable, he transported us safely, and he made the time in the van fun with his jokes and conversation. We also loved the little stops we made to see the smallest church in the world and to taste maple syrup before arriving at Niagara Falls. Overall, this was a perfect day trip to see the falls while still having time for evening activities back in Toronto! Thank you again to Mani for a wonderful trip!

5.00Niagara experience must be in your bucket list, comfy travel & decent travel but a lot of extras listed in the itinerary are pretty average, but the Niagara falls is pretty amazing. View behind the falls is worth to watch

5.00Felix was an outstanding guide who truly went above and beyond. Because we were ahead of schedule, he personalized the itinerary to show us hidden gems we otherwise would have missed. His deep knowledge of Niagara Falls was matched only by his entertaining storytelling, making the entire trip incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour—and if you have the choice, definitely request Felix as your guide!

5.00We went on a tour with Roy on March 10th, there was 6 of us and he took us in a GMC Yukon. Roy made the tour exceptional. He gave us great knowledge of all the different sites. He answered all of our questions and whenever we asked him to stop he would happily stop to let us out and see the sites. He was very knowledgable and a brilliant tour guide! Be sure to book with Roy when you're heading out to Niagra Falls, it was a 5/5 experience.

3.00I went on the all day Niagara Falls, Journey Behind the Falls, Boat tours and Skyland Tower. The tour was great. The guide was very informative and kind. The only concern I had is I feel missed out on a key part that I wanted to do was the tower. According to the itinerary it stated the tower was at the end. It was number 6. But we didn’t end up going there. We ended up in a town that we could walk around in. Now as nice as this town was we were here for over an hour and I would have preferred to have gone to the tower. I am not sure why we didn’t end up going there but I was a bit disappointed when we were on our way back with no mention of the tower. I am thinking when we were at the boat excursion that is when we should have gone to the tower if we wanted. But this was not conveyed that was when we were to do this. Or where the tower was accessible. I did not question it at the time as according to the itinerary we had not gotten to it yet so I figured we were still going there. So I didn’t question why he didn’t mention it there. It never crossed my mind. When we were told we were heading back it would have been too late to question why we missed the tower as there would not have been time to go to it. So in the future for other people attending it would be nice for other people that it was clear at each stop what we can do there. The other concern I have is we went to the maple tasting. It was amazing. The chocolate was amazing. I wanted to purchase something as we were given a discount but however there was no way for anyone to purchase anything as there was no time to stand in the long line. I was quite saddled I was unable to purchase some chocolate and syrup. So maybe take this into account and possibly have the shop if they are giving us a discount to have more staff on or a line itself for tour bus. Because for the shop to give us a discount that we can’t use is a false gift. Thank you for your time.
