What an amazing day we had on 20 March to Ninh Binh, with our guide Phong and our driver, who put safety first and was very courteous. Phong was the best guide we’ve had on any tour. His knowledge, delivery, humour and consideration of each of us in the group of seven (plus a baby!) made the day one which will be remembered for a very long time. Add to this the high level of comfort in the coach, the day was perfect! Y & G 🙏🏻

Get a good guide, ours Jimmy was brilliant throughout the trip. Very informative, passionate and funny. Great boat ride through magnificent scenery, lovely meal and a nice cycle ride through rice fields to a Buddhist temple built into a hill. 500 steps up to the Dragon mountain hard work but well worth the effort.

Our trip was on 3/21 and the day trip was very organized and the activities timed and spaced out perfectly. The hardest part of the day was the 500 steps to Mua Caves. The most relaxing was the boat ride on the river and it was cool to see goats in the rice paddy and a couple on the side of the mountain. Phuong was our tour guide and he did an amazing job providing the history and was very knowledgeable about Ninh Binh. Recommend wearing comfortable shoes since there is a bit of walking and bicycling during the day. It’s muggy and you will get sweaty so dry fit clothing work well.

Amazing experience!!! Great day - good pace, did a little bit of everything in one day. Itinerary was perfect - temples, hiking a mountain, boat ride, bike ride in the countryside and some shopping at the start of the trip. Our guide was super professional, funny, engaging and attentive. One of the best guides we’ve ever had in any country.

Well thought out itinerary. Our guide, Stephen, is knowledgeable, thoughtful and accommodating. We enjoy learning about Vietnamese history, temple and pagoda we visited. Walking up dancing cave was a good workout for the day, walking around the water lily pool was a relaxing experience. We felt looked after, without intrusion. Thank you so much Stephen!

We had a great day learning about Ninh Binh and visiting the highlights. Pick up and drop off were easy, with a great driver and comfortable ride. Our guide May was amazing. It was great having a Ninh Binh local as our guide, who was very passionate about the area and we were able to learn a lot. We enjoyed all the activities throughout the day and would highly recommend this tour. 5/5 stars for May and the tour 😊

Outstanding experience! Phong (handsome guy) was an outstanding tour guide and met all of our needs. We took an 11 month old on the trip and Phong made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Picked us up on time. The limousine van was really nice with captains chairs for everyone. Stopped to get coffee and bathroom on the way. Visited the spot where the first king of vietnam lived and ruled the country. Hiked the 500 steps to an awesome view spot of the mountains, got rowed on boats through the river amongst the mountains, and rode bikes through the rice fields to a Buddhist temple. The lunch was provided and it was an awesome 8 course meal served family style. 10/10. 100% recommend.
