We had a great time with Camila and Luis! They were so knowledgeable about the area, fun to hang out with, and made sure we enjoyed the tour safely. Our highlight was the volcano, even though the visibility wasn’t ideal. Definitely bring a rain jacket and good walking shoes for this tour. Highly recommend!

Pablo was very knowledgable and spoke good English. Driver Carlos was very polite, cautious on the road. We had five tourists in the comfortable van. Pace of the trip was easy.

With Carlos as driver and Analía as tour guide we felt very well taken care of. Analysis has reported on country and people and really brought us much closer to Chile.

12/10 , great communication beforehand, expectations for the trip laid out. Our driver was Alexis and our tour guide Salvador. Both wonderful humans. Our group had a mix of english and Spanish speakers so Salvador was switching between Spanish and English the whole time (a great way for us to learn our Spanish). They picked us up from our Airbnb, Our group was always first to each location, And therefore we had a brief moment where it was just our tour group there. Twas a wet and rainy day but we still had a blast ! Would recommend having gravol (anti nausea) for the windy roads of Osorno. Would recommend this tour.

We were only in Puerto Varas for one full day and wanted to see the main natural attractions, mainly Volcán Osorno and Petrohue Falls. Our tour with Alex and Salvador exceeded our expectations. From when I first booked the tour, the communication with Felix was prompt, professional, and helpful. Our guides picked us up from our place of lodging. The van for travel was clean and comfortable. We saw such beautiful places, and because our guides were so punctual, we got to each location before other tour groups, so it never felt crowded. Salvador explained the history, geography, flora, and fauna of the area in both Spanish and English for our group, which was our favourite part. The only entrance fee necessary in addition to the tour cost is for Petrohue Falls, and everything else is optional. We had an incredible day, and the tour was the perfect length of time. Thank you so much Salvador and Alex!!

The guide and the driver were quite nice, but I didn't really like how the tour went. It was skipped the Laguna Verde without informing us. Unfortunately, I only remembered that later when I read the plan again. Instead, we waste time at the end of the tour, going to lunch. Would have been nice if it was lunch. But we drove to the guide's "Amigo" restaurant at about 3pm. You know how it works, guides bring tourists, but then amenity like a free meal jump out, etc... Eat at 3:00, 4:00, although dinner is coming soon. P.s. also the National Park ticket we bought pointlessly in advance online. We didn't go anywhere that was asked for this ticket.

From the first time I contacted the agency I received excellent treatment and a quick response. During the tour, our guide Rodrigo told us many things and it was very interesting the whole walk. He was always willing to listen to us and respond to our concerns. The driver, a genius too, had the van clean and drove well. 100% recommended!
