Absolute sham of a company. My friend and I were in Pamukkale for 1 day only and had booked this tour, but I got a whatsapp message the night before (keep in mind, the pickup is 9am the next day) that they "canceled the tour, as they did not have enough people." I'm not sure how that is supposed to be my problem, given we had already paid for it. If you're a tour guide, you should maintain the tour even if only 1 person is attending. Additionally, they told us they could not issue a refund and I had to go through Viator to do so. By the time the company reached out, it was too late to make alternative plans and I ended up canceling my trip to Pamukkale. I also lost whatever I paid for the flight and hotel. Avoid this company at all costs.

I think the tour covered everything it was supposed to cover. That was good. However, we were kept waiting in the hot sun for more than half hour because bus was late. It was very fast paced and finished in just under 6.5 hours.

Ismail our guide was a well-informed, courteous and ebullient guide. He was always considerate about our welfare and comfort. Pamukkale itself was mind-blowing.

The best tour in Turkey, so engaging and fun, highly recommend it. The guide was very informative as well and it covers the entire tour in one day. Food is included and has many dietary options including vegetarian and it all tastes amazing

Visited Pamukkale for our 20th wedding anniversary and booked this tour. Very impressed with everything, beginning with booking and finishing with the actual tour. Eric did handle very well our booking and questions we had, thanks! Our guide Alpine ( hope he did spell it right)walked us through every place so easy, that all our group understood everything and no one got tired. I don’t have enough words to describe this fantastic experience, thank you very much! I definitely recommend this guys if you look to see all the amazing Pamukkale!

The tour was very complete and the tour guide was extraordinary. In my opinion we could have skipped the visit to the textile shop and, in its place, we could have visited Laodikea. But everything was fabulous. The travertines were a bit crowded and I think the water levels were low (but I believe it was because of the month we visited the place)

Places like Pamukkale and Cappadocia in Turkey are magical - they look like something from a fairytale. And when you get a guide like we did, things get even more special! Our guide Ismail arrived to pick us up early in the morning and from the minute he said hello (Meraba in Turkish) we knew we would have a great time. He was an awesome (and funny) source of information, had a great vibe, lots of energy and made out tour even more special. He even taught us some Turkish words as a bonus. Amazing experience! The only "not so great" point was actually to walk on the spring waters. They look amazing, but you have to go barefoot and there are tons of small rocks on the floor - so it can get really painful. Just keep it in mind.
