What To Expect
Pamukkale
After picking you up from the hotels, you'll witness our ground staff expertly filling the balloons. First, cold air will gently inflate the balloon, followed by the introduction of hot air. As the balloon gradually lifts, the anticipation of your airborne adventure will begin to unfold.
Pamukkale
Flight is roughly one hour and we will ascend anywhere from white travertines to several thousand feet. Once you’re airborne your pilot will point out the spectacular sites of Pamukkale, from travertines of Pamukkale to the Hierapolis Ancient City and Pool of Cleopatra to ancient theater of the city. Our flying path has many wonderful things to see.

5.00My husband and I decided to book outside of our tour group and found this offered on TripAdvisor. Our balloon flight in Cappadocia was canceled due to wind so our last chance to fly was in the next city of Pamukkale. I booked and they contacted me via WhatsApp. They gave a pickup time from our hotel and drove us to the balloon site. We were able to take a couple photos prior to boarding our balloon. The balloon holds max 18 I think and it’s split into components. We had 8 people from our tour group with us and we packed 2 compartments. It was comfortable and as soon as we got in the sky it was amazing. We caught the sunrise and it was so serene being up 1500 meters. The landing was smooth and we were treated with a non-alcoholic champagne party along with flight certificate. We tipped a bit at the end because we had such an amazing time. I had let them know we needed to be back to our hotel before 9 am and we made it back by 8:36! Thanks to our balloon pilots and staff from Artemis & Zeus Balloons for such an amazing experience.

We enjoyed breathtaking views of the sunrise over the Pamukkale travertines, and the pilot kept the flight gentle, safe, and fun. A big thank-you to Hayat, who made the booking process effortless—super helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. 5.00Everything organized in detail. The team leader, the operators and the driver Fatih showed great professionalism. Being our hotel out of the area they also procured the transfer that took care to get us on time to the place of takeoff and came to pick us up at the place of landing. And the rest is magic. I absolutely recommend!

2.00It's hard to give a rating because the balloon ride itself was beautiful and my family loved it but it was spoiled for me by the company trying to scam me out of extra money just as we were taking off. They took my deposit no problem via a payment link. I maybe should have made sure I'd paid in full in advance. Just as we were getting in the basket I was told it would be 50 euros more to pay by card as payment link wasn't possible. Or they would drive me to a cash machine. I refused. They called me while I was in the air to try and get me to pay. Turned out that it was possible after all to pay by payment link but for an extra 15 euros. In the end I gave in and paid the extra to move on. So in total I paid 540 euros for 5 of us. My hotel told me it should probably have been about 70 euros each. Was a real shame because the flight was wonderful so don't be put off taking a trip as it was magical but be very careful with cost/payment.
