Enjoy a full-day small group Scenic Island Tour from Port Vila. This tour takes in Pepeyo Village, Blue Lagoon, a Village school (if open), Pangpang, Top Rock, a small World War 2 Relics as well as a visit to Gideon’s Landing. Lunch is also included in your tour at a Beachside restaurant.
This tour is also available for clients coming off a cruise: Starts 45 minutes after the cruise ship actually berths and finishes 1 hour before scheduled departure time.

What To Expect
Atmosphere Tours
You will be picked up at 8:30am from your accommodation in Port Vila and taken to your first stop; Iarofa Village. This is an amazing cultural experience where you will be able to experience traditional practices and skills, and be mesmerised by custom dancing and an amazing fire-walking display. The next stop of the day is the Blue Lagoon and Eton Village. Here you will be able to enjoy swimming in this magnificent naturally blue lagoon or at the beautiful white Eton Beach. Refreshments are included – fruits in season). At Eton Village you will be able to visit the Village Primary School (when open). Visit Pangpang and see the huge ancient banyan trees. You will learn the difference between the male and female trees and the use by their ancestors. You will then visit Beachcomber at Takara Lodge. Enjoy a Melanesian style buffet lunch to live music with a local string band. The second last stop is the World War 2 relics. This is Ernest’s story and collection of a man passionate about this part of our rich history. The final stop is Gideon’s Landing. Visit Vanuatu’s Survivor Beach and enjoy afternoon coffee & tea. You will have an opportunity for snorkeling opportunity if time permits before being taken back to your accommodation at 4:30pm.

In our case, they went the extra miles, showed professionalism and delivered everything despite difficult circumstances. * Our cruise supposed to arrive Port Vila on 26 Feb 2026 but due to tropical storm, we were told we will not visit Port Vila * But few days later, the cruise captain said we will return to Port Vila, so we eventually arrive Port Vila on 2 Mar 2026 * Before we arrived, Atmosphere Tours sent us an email and said they will wait for us on arrival. The communication was very good. * And so they did and we went on to the tour as originally planned. We visited the culture village, Eden river and the Blue lagoon and we had lunch. * Throughout the tour, the tour guide gave us introduction and told us many things along the bus journey. They were informative. In all, we were very grateful Atmosphere Tours were able to give us the tour and we had a wonderful time. We would like to recommend Atmosphere Tours.

5.00We had Moses as our driver and he was amazing! The places we visited were great but Moses is what really made the experience for us. He has so much knowledge of the island, the culture and the history. Even though he does the tour 6 days a week he was excited to show us each new place he took us to and wanted us to have the best possible day. We weren’t into snorkeling so he took us to a beautiful beach that was empty instead. He joined in with us skipping stones on the water. It was such a memorable experience and I’d recommend it to anyone. I heard from other people at our hotel that they paid a lot more and were charged entry to each place they went. This tour is all inclusive and we didn’t have to pay for anything additional on the day. The van he drove us around in was clean and had great air con!

We got to see so many beautiful spots, learn about the local culture, and enjoy the most stunning views. You can really tell William loves what he does and takes pride in sharing his country with visitors. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the best of Vanuatu in one day! 💕🇻🇺

5.00Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) did the full day scenic tour around the island last week. We had the most wonderful day with Justin (tour guide) and Danny (driver). Justin was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Vanuatu’s history and current day traditions and his English was perfect. He was able to give us a detailed answer to every question we asked. Danny was amazing driving around the numerous pot holes along the roads (yes there are loads). This tour is a great way of getting a feel for the island in a short amount of time. We’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see some of the highlights of the island in one day,

5.00This is a great introduction to Vanuatu tour. We loved the village visit the most and the view with lunch was breathtaking. We happened to be there on a day that a cruise ship was docked and William, or driver/ guide, did a great job of avoiding the crowds.

5.00We had a wonderful time on the day trip. We got picked up from out villa outside of town and got to experience and learn all about the local culture. We first stopped at a local market for some fruit and coconut, then when to the local village where they did a demonstration on cooking, fishing, traps, and fire walking. The village also performed a few songs for us. We then made our way to the blue lagoon where you could swim and snorkel. After a quick snack, we made our way to Top Rock for a buffet style lunch, and then finished the day by snorkeling around there as well. Our guide for the day, Justin, and driver, Barry, were super friendly always so helpful. We learnt a lot about the local customs and culture from Justin and really appreciated all his guidance!

5.00Great way to spend a day exploring Port Vila’s best spots. We were met at the cruise port with a big smile and knew we were in good hands. Justin was a kind and fun hearted guide. Amazing amount of knowledge and happy to answer any question. Jeanu was a perfect driver and we felt very safe. Got us back to the port on time to get back on the ship. Would definitely recommend the ‘Atmosphere Tours’ company and we look forward to future tours the next time we visit.

5.00We found our trip around the island with Moses very professional. Our kids 13 yo and 14yo really liked him. Lots of fun but educational too and very energetic. Loves his job and his Kava I would recommend a tour with Moses to almost anyone. Thanks for a great day!
