There is a risk of heavy traffic during the high season. Our local driver-guide will do his utmost to reduce the time spent in the minibus…whilst, of course, making it as agreeable as possible!
From May 22 to 25, due to the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, access to the Principality of Monaco will be closed. We therefore substitute Monaco with the visit of the famous coastal town Menton.

5.00Anthony was an amazing guide ! Showed us around very very well and explained the historical context of every place. He was also very enthusiastic and energetic throughout the tour. Not to mention he gave us amazing food recommendations in the city which turned out to be amazing. Highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Anthony as your guide ! Oceana who was the trainee trip guide was also very helpful and cheerful. Very happy with this trip overall !

5.00I can’t rate Harmonie highly enough - she really made our holiday. Everything went so smoothly and so well organised without us feeling pressurised for time and allowing us to be flexible. From the timely Pick up at our hotel in Nice to getting us to Monaco to see the changing of the guard at 11am via a leisurely walk in Eze. It was so relaxed but we saw so many things that we couldn’t have seen if we had tried to do it ourselves via the train. She was so knowledgeable, had a fantastic sense of humour and gave us some great restaurant recommendations for Nice. The tour was completely centred around us and what we wanted to do but also had enough direction to ensure we got to the right places at the right time.

5.00Thalis was our tour guide for the day trip to Nice, Monaco and the surrounding area. She was very knowledgeable and gave us such a great day. She arranged personal tours of an olive oil supplier, confectionary and a perfume company, also a taste testing at a limoncello store! The stop in Monaco was an unexpected treat. We were able to see the casino and the palace. We would definitely recommend using Thalis for a tour guide if you are ever in the area. We opted to take a private tour of the area instead of taking the tour offered by our cruise ship and did not regret it. The personal attention was well worth it.

5.00I used A La Francais for all my tours of the Côte d’Azur, Provence, Nice, Monaco, and Eze! Julia was wonderful to work with on setting private tours that met our schedule! Our drivers/guides, Sebastian and Thomas were fantastic and knew a lot of pop culture to mix in with our tours for our 20 and 25 year old kids! Thomas is a former photographer for Bon Apetite magazine and took the most stunning pictures of our family and made the best photo opportunity suggestions! Magnificent! C’est Bon!

5.00Monaco and Cannes were amazing! Our guide and driver Thalis was above and beyond! She made us so comfortable and really listened to what we were looking for. She spoke perfect English and understood our dietary restrictions and was able to convey that to the waiter in Cannes. Thalis was a very safe driver, understood the area so beautifully! I am very pleased with her and the experience.
