Francisco our tour guide was knowledgeable and thorough. We learned about the tequila making process and had several tastings of tequila. My favorite part was visiting the town of tequila. The main square is beautiful and the church is a sight to see. My only suggestion to make it better would be to allow more time in this beautiful town. We only had 90 minutes.

This tour was the highlight of our 5 days in Guadalajara! I was a bit worried that it was just going to be another tequila tasting tour without any education on the actual history and process of making tequila….but I was pleasantly surprised. Our guide Francisco was wonderful and provided us with culture and history but made it fun too. We also met a great group of fellow travelers.

The tour guide, Francisco, was very good. He was knowledgeable, gregarious and sings well. The van we were transported in could have had more comfortable seats. The tour could be shortened by at least 2 hours. I thought the stop at the end, to get a mixed drink, wasn't necessary.

It was a great tour. I was worried about the trip because I don’t like Tequila and I was going solo but Francisco was a great host and helped everyone get along well. The drive Don Miguel was an excellent driver too. I highly recommend.
