What To Expect

Mirador la Mano del Gigante

Continuation of the programme: When you arrive in the municipality of Gigante Huila, you proceed to ascend to the viewpoint mano del Gigante, either on foot or by car type van 4x4 taken at that location, the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. We are greeted by a panorama that allows us to capture photographs, enjoy its landscapes and its attractions: 1. The hand, flagship place of the viewpoint, which will allow you to see a spectacular panorama and achieve great photographs. 2. The swing, dream catcher and nest are attractive inside the viewpoint to take pictures and enjoy pleasant moments. 12 : 30 m. House lunch: Please choose an option: Chicken, pork, rice and potato meat Peasant rice (rice, ripe, chicharrón, chorizo, tender corn) The stay at the viewpoint will be approximately 4 hours 2 :00 PM Return to Neiva - approximately 2 hours End of programme The tour lasts approximately 8 hours including transportation time.

It was a great day out! The gaints hand was just as advertised! There are actually two of them. They also have trails with senic views along the way. We rode there in a "chiva" party bus which was open on all sides. The roads are dirt up the mountain and there was lots of dust. The attraction also had a slide ride that was lots of fun. There are plenty of shops and places to eat

The worst place you can go, they have nothing and the only thing they have is the chorrera (slide) and it is closed. Don't waste time and much less money, they want you to do what is similar to parachuting and they charge you $200. And the hand of the giant is everywhere in Colombia.
