This tour is infinetely customaizable. I can make a trek for you of all different levels - whatever is best for your group. If you like very easy, very hard, or something in between. Again, we will message on Whatsapp before so I can plan the best route for you. Because I am from here I know all the secret pathways- so we can do either the most common or the less known.

My favorite parts of the trek are seeing you all experience Sapa life - the views, wildlife, and food. Some things you may see are each families rice fields and what animals they farm. Depending on which level of difficulty you choose you will see different things like bufalos or handicraft stores. What makes this unique is my ability to give you the exact experience you are hoping for.

And of course, you will take home many souvineers.

What To Expect

Experience an amazing & authentic day in Sapa and surrounding areas. After I pick you up from your hotel or meeting point, we will begin on our adventure. Lasting 6 hours, I will take you from Sapa town through the more rural villages where I was born. Luckily, through talking to many tourists I have learned how to speak English and we can exchange stories of our cultures. Loa Chai Village where I grew up is full of culture, handicrafts, and delcious food. We will see the famous Sapa rice fields including trekking through them together. Along the way we will encounter lots of wildlife: buffalo, chickens, ducks, and pigs. You can watch the wildlife and have the opportunity to purchase local handmade goods. Halfway through the day we will stop for lunch at my friend's house for a delicious meal that will give us energy to keep going. Finally, after a long and rewarding day of trekking we will make a loop to bring you back to your hotel.

Our experience with Khu was the best part of our trip! We visited three villages and walked among rivers and rice fields. We saw the local way of life and had lunch at Khu’s home, where we all cooked together. It was amazing!! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid touristy experiences

We had the tour with Khu today in beautiful weather and so were able to enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains around Sapa. On the way to Lao chai we learned all about growing rice as the harvest was in full swing. Through rice fields, past water buffaloes and the steep slopes down we reached a fabulous vantage point after the. Once in the valley, we had the choice of food in the restaurant or at Khu's home. We accepted this personal invitation thankfully, of course, and so we were served a wonderful meal at her home. We also learned a lot about the traditional costumes and dyeing with indigo leaves. The final walk past the river to the taxi towards Sapa, led once again through the rice fields of her neighbors and so she was able to tell us a little about life in the village. We can only recommend this tour to anyone. Khu speaks excellent English and is just a very nice person to whom you like to ask questions and get them answered friendly.

Everything I experienced the day with Thảo was sooooo ✨😊. There were routes but it’s more of tailor made kind of hiking as Thảo constantly ask how, what I wanted. Not just the view, hike but one of or most 😅 highlight for me was the lunch served at her home 🤤🤤🤤. Highly recommend to go the ✨ hike with her 😊.

Sapa is must do. People very friendly. We stayed at the silk path resort very luxurious and gardens so beautiful. We had the most amazing day at the Mong village two of the most freindly ladies took us around their village then shared their food with us we laughed, shared stories and laughed some more

The experience we had with Khu, Pang , friends and family was unforgettable . We walked and laughed, talked and laughed , ate and laughed and laughed some more . From the fresh traditional home made lunch to learning all about their culture and farming the day was just the best. What a beautiful group of women! We were welcomed like we were family and I’ll never forget this day spent in their village .

The trekking tour with Thào Thikhu was an incredible experience. It was my favorite activity in Sa Pa, and I highly recommend it. Thào Thikhu picked us up from our Airbnb with two of her friends and we embarked on a 3-hour trek down the mountains. She then took us to her village house where she prepared a delicious meal for us. We had the option to hike up or take a car, but we opted for the car as we were exhausted after the trek. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sa Pa.

This trekking with Pang and Khu was beyond expectations! My friends and I traveled Asia for 2.5 weeks and this was my favorite activity! It was so special to be able to help cook and eat at Khu’s own house! We got to learn a lot about their culture. They were so happy and we laughed so much! After 5 months travelling south east Asia this was the best day we had. These women and everyone involved in making this trekking experience so special are amazing. They go above and beyond to educate you about their culture, their village and their way of life. They are so generous and truly deserve all the luck in the world. So please if you go to Sapa choose these guides. I promise you won’t regret it. The food we helped cook and prepare was lovely. It was just me and my girlfriend there on that day and was the highlight of our trip.
