You should be at the departure points 10' before the time indicated in the schedule. The bus cannot remain at designated stops, except for boarding.
The monasteries have strict dress rules prohibiting entry to male visitors wearing shorts and women visitors with sleeveless sweatshirts. Women need a long skirt/ dress to enter the monasteries.
The approach to the monasteries is achieved through stairs and requires comfortable footwear.

4.00The Meteora trip was overall a great experience. The views were absolutely incredible, and the guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day enjoyable. The journey was comfortable, and the stops were well paced and meaningful. However, I would like to give some constructive feedback on the food arrangement. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were presented with five menu options that were described as “the best of Greek cuisine.” While that sounded promising, the actual menu was quite limited, and none of the specials really appealed to us. We tried to order something simple like chicken souvlaki, but were told it wasn’t available. It also felt a bit restrictive we weren’t given the flexibility to choose from a wider menu or pick a different restaurant based on personal taste. To be honest, the prices of the meals offered were surprisingly high,some of the dishes cost nearly as much as the trip itself, which made the experience feel less balanced. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer more food flexibility either by allowing guests to choose from a wider range of options at the same restaurant or giving them the freedom to explore nearby alternatives. That would definitely enhance the experience.

5.00Exceeded our expectations. Directions were clear, visits were as it should be, driver was careful and helpful, the restaurant at its best, but the bewt of all was rhe gude, Evangelia. Informed about everything, speaking in English and Greek, even though she didn't have to, helped us learn a lot and assisted us the best way she could.

5.00Great day trip to Meterora from Thessaloníki. The journey was long however the sightseeing was amazing and my wife and I can definitely see why it's the second most popular destination in Greece. Elani our tour guide was a great host for the day and was very knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our meal at the restaurant we stopped at before our journey back to thessaloníki.
