  Rosi and her boyfriend are just amazing! Very friendly, cheerful and always attentive. Rosi answered all our questions with a lot of patience and clarity, and everything was done with punctuality and responsibility. They take care of the tourists with affection and dedication, which makes all the difference in the experience. I loved too much and super indicate the agency!

  The tour operator did not communicate or show up. We tried reaching them and viator but finally gave up after 1.5 hours of the pick up time. Disappointing as family wanted to take the tour and viator is now looking to see if the trip can be cancelled.

  The guide and driver super nice and knowledgeable they made the trip a good day trip. I had to much expectations on viña an valparaiso but honestly after being in Atacama and Patagonia this was a real disappointment. The tour was good os just that the locations are in very bad conditions. Chile has much better locations to immerse your self in not these two.

  This was fine, the guide was clear. The guide was very friendly and she knew enough about the places we visited But it was not just in English so that was disappointing since she could give us less information since she had to say everything in Spanish too. The lunch restaurant is very expensive so we went to another place nearby (The Patio) which was delicious and normally priced. I also didn’t like how she combined our group with another group for the walking tour. Combined, the group was too big and we could not hear her unless we weee at the front.
