Having a vineyard in Ecuador was believed impossible, as well as having wines of the quality that we have managed to achieve. You will be able to see unique landscapes, how a vineyard is integrated into the typical panorama of the Ecuadorian coast: the tropical dry forest. In addition, you will find that our wines have notes and characteristics that only our terroir can offer us.

What To Expect

Enjoy a day in the vineyard that made the impossible possible: create high-quality wines in the middle of the world. To start we will tell you about our beginnings and history. Followed by this, we have the tour of the vineyard and the production plant. Afterwards, they will discover our wines in a tasting of 4 wines: Bruma Sauvignon Blanc / Chardonnay, Enigma, Travesía Cabernet Sauvignon and Paradox. To finish, we have a three-course lunch accompanied by a glass of wine under a large saman.

We had tried these wines at Casa Julian and liked them so much that we asked two different guides who took us around Guayaquil to find this wine bar so we could taste more of their wines. The first visit involved trying a few flights of wines (al whites) and the second involved a return to buy bottles to bring back to the U.S. The servers were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the winery; they did a great job explaining the wines and the history of the vineyard. Great place to stop for a late afternoon visit after touring Guayaquil.
