This is one of the classic tours from Muscat. We drive towards Quriyat and then along the coast towards Sur. Our first top is Wadi Shab. This is a beautiful Wadi that was affected by a cyclone called Gonu in 2007. It is an hour’s walk to the swimming Pools. The highlight of this trip is to swim and climb over the rocks and to swim through the keyhole. Inside the cave, you can find a waterfall where the whole cave sparkles with sunlight. Our next stop is Bimmah sinkhole, here you can sit with your feet in the water and watch the little fishes swim through your toes. We have time to swim and jump off the rocks on the other side.

What To Expect
Wadi Shab
A 2.5 hours drive to this shallow green pool with abundant shade makes it a perfect picnic venue for your loved ones. You may take a long walk inside the Wadi to the clear pool for swimming.
Bimmah Sinkhole
A spectacular limestone carter with blue green water at the bottom. You can swim or take a stroll around the place. It is followed by a 2 hours drive back to Muscat city.

4.00Went for a trip to Muscat with Ahlan travel , was recommended by a friend. Hashim from Ahlan was very helpful from the very start. Supported us with selecting accommodation, communication was prompt prior to the tour and always made sure we were comfortable during the trip. Pick up and drop from Hotel was arranged and they were flexible and accommodating to our comfortable time.

5.00Mohammed was a wonderful guide. Starts with a short boat ride then good long walk into the Wadi, lots of guides and tourists to pass along the way, there’s some slippery spots and clambering, but Mohammed was there with a supporting hand whenever needed. Once at the swimming hole, it’s a decent swim up to the waterfall. Many people wore life jackets or carried airbags to help them float. If you’re not a strong swimmer then you can hire those and water shoes before the initial boat trip. Next is the smaller swimming sinkhole, we didn’t go down but many steps will lead you down into the sinkhole!

5.00Mr Anas Al Hadi was our guide for this tour . Was a great drive to go to the wadi Since wadi shab was closed we went to wadi mibam. Beautiful place swam in the wadi took lots of pictures. The drive was super comfortable even though it was up the mountains . Will recommend them for sure for your trip to Oman . Thank you
