Excellent place to visit. Our tour with Hayden was superb! Answered every question knowledgeably and with a sense of humor. Very very impressed with his knowledge. There were some tough questions asked and he answered them all.

Kyle was super knowledgeable and cognizant of the fact that it was difficult to hear since the wind and the group size ref factors.

Kyle, was our tour guide and did an awesome job. He was clear and audible, well informed. I feel like he was respectful and courteous. My wife and I enjoyed this young man's tour.

Went out with my mother and grandparents and had a great time, Hayden was funny and told good stories of the crater. Would highly recommend him as a guide for the future!

We got there just as the tour was going out the door. Hayden was our guide and he was great! Funny and informative. It wasn't a lot of walking but it was super windy so hold onto your hats. One other thing, when we got done, we overheard the next tour was canceled outside because the wind got too fast (53 mph).
