• Sailing trip round Poros

  We had an idyllic day sailing round the island with Capt Tassous. He is the perfect host and had thought of everything to make us happy. We were served freshly caught fish cooked by him on board the boat along with many other delicious local delicacies. He stocked the ice chest with lovely cold drinks and we were invited to help ourselves liberally. Tassous knows all the best little coves to stop for swims and finds peaceful spots where you can dive deep into crystal clear water. Our day on board the Dimitris-Pope with Captain Tassous was one never to be forgotten. Poros is such a beautiful island and this is undoubtedly the best way to appreciate the stunning scenery

  Tasos was the most lovely captain! He could not have been more welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic time swimming in beautiful turquoise bays. We saw a turtle and lots of fish. Tasos cooked the most incredible meal for us whilst we were on the boat, it was truly memorable. We had snacks too and plenty of drinks on offer It was a really wonderful day and could not recommend it highly enough’

  Absolutely amazing day with Captain Tasos, one is the friendliest people I have ever met. His company was amazing his food was absolutely 5 star and the overall experience was incredible!! Definitely a trip that I would do again!

  Tassos was an amazing host. He went above and behind and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need on board. From float, to noodles, to baggies for shells to a mirror to put on sunscreen to beer holders. He took lots of pictures for us while making sure we had everything we needed.   I do not know the best word for this trip with Tasos other than... FABULOUS! I have been on this unforgettable trip with Tasos more than once. He is the perfect host, the perfect gentleman and the finest of chefs! Tasos is thorough in his explanation of the day’s plans and ever so accommodating! He takes to private beaches that you cannot get to by foot or car, has a plethora of beverages, mezes and the freshest fish meal that goes on forever with splendid salads, local olive oil, feta and breads. You MUST treat yourself to this AMAZING day on the water with the most highly respected captain in the area. Not only does he host this trip, but he is continuously involved in community efforts.   Captain Tasos was the best host you can find! He was incredibly sweet, had everything you could ask for, was an amazing chef and photographer, and really made the experience amazing. He was very accommodating and met us at the port since we were arriving by a ferry that was running late. The weather was perfect, and the island is beautiful. We had an amazing time swimming, lounging, and singing karaoke :) We were debating booking another trip with him the next day because that's how great it was. Highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Poros.

  Tasos is the best of the best. A genuinely warm and welcoming host, an excellent guide, and an incredible chef. He knows all the perfect spots for swimming and snorkelling, away from the crowds, and makes the whole day feel relaxed and special. His prawn saganaki is hands down the best I’ve ever had, and the attention to detail in his food presentation is exceptional. Every part of the trip felt thoughtfully planned and effortlessly enjoyable. Highly recommended — this is a must-do experience in Poros. Nothing is a problem !

  WOW, Tasos really is the best host and what an amazing day trip we had. We have visited the islands in both 2019 and 2021 and took this trip as it certainly does not ever disappoint. The whole day from pick up to drop off is perfect. We had a family of 5 ranging from 4-48 and there is something for everyone. The food, service and activities offered by Tasos is second to none. We really cannot rate this trip more highly. We went in 2019 and it was the first trip we booked up for when we returned in 2021.   We spent the whole day so beautifully in the blue waters of Poros. Captain Tasos is always an experienced sailor with a smile and an excellent cook!!! Go to Saronic fishing swimming and after the mesades performed by Captain Tasos escort ozu!!! Unforgettable excursion that I recommend to make everyone for a beautiful different experience on their holiday in Poros !!!! Thank you Tasso !!!!

  A fantastic and fun trip, suited for both young and old - bathers and fishers alike. A long day full of great experiences. Tasos (our captain) was a wonderful and experienced host, with a thought through and well tuned plan + ability to adapt to and handle changing circumstances such as wind and weather. This trip is very very good value, and will give you a new and expanded perspective of Poros, and a new great friendship!
