Yuki-San was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as a guide. She spares no effort to share with us the interesting facts of flora and fauna around the Furepe Waterfall. She even sent me all the way to Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal as well as to recommend me cafes to visit while waiting for my bus to arrive. Overall, it was a value-for-money tour with professional guiding service by a cheerful and approachable guide.

We are foreigner (non Japanese speaking). We booked the tour via the Internet. The company replied our enquiry via email instantly. They provide the guidelines and items to be prepared in English and we can be well-prepared. The tour can pick up in the hotel and it's convenient. The tour guide Mark is a very nice gentleman and with fluent English. He is very patient and can explain and introduce the things in English (very details). He takes care of all the participants in the tour. We have learnt more on the nature of the Skiretoko. The tour is impressed and highly recommend. Many thanks for the tour guide Mark.

Yusuke was a wonderful guide. Weatherproof outer clothing and gumboots were provided as well as binoculars which was great. We saw deer and many birds which he identified for us. He spoke English well and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was slightly cloudy but otherwise clear day, we could see the faraway mountains, still with some snow, which was magnificent.

I had a lovely walk in mid-April, despite barely being able to see the Waterfall due to bad weather. It was really foggy and rainy when I went, but my guide (Keke) made it a wonderful experience anyway. Keke was very informed on the local area and was friendly and helpful throughout the tour. Thank you!

We enjoyed very much walking to the waterfall and in the nature around it with our guide Yuki. She was very knowledgeable, kind and polite. She did way and beyond to make us happy and was very attentive. The tour was fun. We enjoyed it a lot.

Makoto-san is an excellent guide who speaks English well. He has great knowledge in plants, birds and other animals. He made both our tours to Furepe Falls and The 5 lakes a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
