Kudos to our tour guide, who greeted us at the airport and assisted us in boarding a bus and boat to the island. Then to obtain our luggage, which were placed in the back of a truck. Afterwards, we were taken on a tour of a Reserve where lunch was waiting for us. Our one-long tour began after lunch and we were amazed with seeing the tortoises, volcanos and all. Our tour guide was very personable and offered tips on photos. What an amazing welcome we had to the island!

Very professional and informative service. The company was right on time and we felt very comfortable in their hands. This transfer is highly recommended on arrival in Baltra.

Ricardo was waiting for us when we got off our flight and walked us through our luggage collection and entry stations to get our parks permits etc.. He helped us to the airline transfer bus and subsequent ferry ride that took us to Santa Cruz Island. At Santa Cruz Island we boarded the shuttle along with all of our luggage. Both the driver and the guide, Ricardo, were very helpful and considerate. Our first stop was to see giant tortoises in their natural habitat. Ricardo was very familiar with the area and even seemed to know a lot of these amazing creatures personally. He explained a lot about their behavior, history and showed us the best way to observe them without disturbing them. Our guide and driver were wonderful and made our arrival in the Galápagos an experience we will treasure always.

We appreciated having someone guide us through arrival and help with luggage. The tours were good but without an English speaking guide, we missed a good deal of what was being said. Also there was a great deal of confusion about the location of our home rental, probably due to language barrier.

Very nice trip indeed! We got to see flora and fauna that I have never seen before. The guide was informative and friendly. Both Spanish and English were spoken fluently.
