  • A dream vacation in paradise

We just had a once-in-a-lifetime experience on this Galaxy Yacht. The entire crew was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They went out of their way to make each excursion special, greeting us with refreshing drinks and snacks after each fantastic excursion. The chef and her assistant were very creative and the food each day was delicious. They even made special meals for me because I don't eat fish. Leandro was incredibly accommodating, and our naturalist guide Edwin was just about the best guide we have ever had. He was knowledgeable, funny, passionate about the wildlife, and solicitous of everyone's needs. In an ideal world, everyone should sail the waters of the Galapagos at least once - and get Edwin as your guide! You will experience thrills unlike anywhere else in the world -- swimming with penguins, sea turtles, marine iguanas, sea lions, harmless sharks and myriad colorful fish as well as observing breathtaking birds, including the mesmerizing and hilarious blue-footed booby, giant tortoises, land iguanas and so much more! Imagine standing on the top deck of a boat at sunset, joined by eleven enormous frigate-birds gliding no more than twenty feet above you for half an hour. It was truly magical.

World class experience! Loved every minute of it! Edwin (Best guide ever! He’s so passionate about his work as a naturalist) and Leandro made our trip extra special. Please give those two a raise, promotion or better yet, both! We will recommend this memorable Galapagos trip to our family and friends! We absolutely enjoyed the food, too! 5 Stars!!!!!

We book the Galaxy yacht to visit the southern islands of the Galapagos. We enjoyed it. The cabin is comfortable; the food is generally fine, sometimes great; staff are helpful, especially Leandro, the cruise director. He made a positive impact in our overall experience. A few improvements could be made to the itinerary to maximise our time in these wonderful islands. Sometimes, too many day hours were spent on the boat. I just wished that the naturalist guide was a bit more knowledgeable and motivated.

We had a wonderful time on board the galaxy yacht! It ran like a well-oiled machine. Everything was as clean, comfortable, and convenient as you could wish. All the toiletries you could wish for were plentiful - including hair conditioner. It was an intimate experience with only 11 guests on board (max was 16). They were great at accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. The food was incredible! We did itinerary C and had an amazing guide Sebastian who was engaging, knowledgeable, and fun. We did land based and water based activities and everything was incredible. I will definitely be back!

An amazing voyage in the Galapagos. Beautiful boat with really large staterooms. (EcoGlaxy). The most amazing, accomodating staff. Gourmet food at every meal. Our naturalist (Julio) was astounding --- deeply knowledgeable, interesting. patient, and enthusiasticl We couldn not have imagined a better experience. Each day is well planned and busy -- of course you're free to sit anything out and enjoy the lounge chairs on the upper deck (with much appreciated shade). We were met at the airport and expertly ande warmly guided through each step on the jouney. Can't say enough about this team,
