4.00This simply a transport from our hotel in Galway to Shannon Airport. Unfortunately, our travel agent didn't accurately convey to the provider the size of our luggage and so a vehicle with adequate space wasn't reserved. Not the company's fault in the least. Fortunately, we had a similar issue earlier on our trip with a cab and knew what was possible, so we were able to make do with the car that was reserved for us. Give credit to our wonderful driver Sharon who made the best use of the available space. Sharon was on time and a very informative and pleasant conversationalist. She got us there safely and promptly.
