We did the Aran Islands & Cliffs of Moher day tour (including the boat cruise) with Wild Atlantic Way Day Tours, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland! Every single minute was worth it – the ten hours passed incredibly fast. Our guide Alan is an absolutely incredible storyteller. He kept us entertained and informed the whole way with funny stories, local history, and fascinating details. We’re already joking that we expect a book from him one day – he’s that good! The only honest warning: the boat trip to see the Cliffs of Moher from the sea is quite rough. If you get seasick easily, this part is not suitable for you – seasickness is almost guaranteed for sensitive people. However, if you don’t have problems with boats, every second is absolutely worth it. The views from the water are breathtaking and unforgettable. We all fell in love with Alan – he made the entire day special. Highly recommended tour. Thank you, Alan and the whole team!

You are not guaranteed a view of the cliffs from the boat ride. We went on a bit of a windy day and they didn't bother bringing us. Either way it was a nice trip full of beautiful sights. The tour guide was lackluster, not very knowledgeable in comparison to our other tours in Ireland. The headset he was using was also turned down to low on the volume making it difficult to hear. He did not tell us we would be stopping for a late lunch on the return trip and and so a majority of the party just waited on the bus for an additional 30 minutes as it was too late to eat (5pm) if you were planning to have dinner back in town. Tour goes until 7pm.

Our guide Alan apologized for the rain, but it only added to the adventure of visiting the Aran Islands and then taking a water tour of the Cliffs of Moher. Wild, isolated, beautiful. And there were even dolphins leaping alongside our boat in the bay! What a lovely day!

We took a tour with Alan. He was awesome, very entertaining. The cruise ride was rough and you definitely want to take motion sickness pills. Overall, it was fun tour and great experience of seeing Cliffs of Moher and little island Inisheer

Our driver, Pavel, was very interesting and informative as he took us to Doolin and the ferry and back to the Cliffs of Moher and thru the Burren. He arranged for a horse and cart ride around Inishmire, which was delightful. We had a great day on this tour!

Many thanks to our amazing tour guide & driver, Paddy & Brendan, for the detailed history, Gaelige lessons, and safe journey up the corkscrew mountainside and beyond. You guys made this a very memorable day, with many fond memories for me of the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher. Additionally, the weather could not have been better. It was just stellar across the board. I highly recommend this tour. Thank you guys so much. 🫶

We had a lovely time with Alan as a guide. He was very informative and funny. It was an incredible experience going to Inisheer and seeing the Cliffs of Moher from the boat. Weather wasn’t on our side for seeing the Cliffs from the top but overall so much fun!

So so much fun! Pavel was a lovely tour guide. The friend I was traveling with actually missed the ferry from the Aran islands back to Doolin and everyone was incredibly helpful getting her back home to Galway. Wonderful people. GORGEOUS place. Highly recommend!!! (it's worth renting a bike when you're on the island so that you can see more)

Our tour to the Cliffs of Moher was an unforgettable experience, made even better by our guide, Pavel. He was very funny and kept everyone in great spirits throughout the trip. Pavel has a wonderful way of speaking—clear, engaging, and full of interesting details. He shared a lot of fascinating information about Ireland, its history, and its culture, which made the journey not only enjoyable but also very informative. Thanks to him, the tour felt lively and special from start to finish. We truly appreciated his energy, knowledge, and sense of humor!
