The Flower Dome and Cloud Mountains were incredibly amazing. However, it took us over 45 min to get our tickets with the voucher provided by this third party provider. The pdf “tickets” provided through Viator did not include the QR code needed to redeem the tickets at the park. We scrambled to call the number (in China) to ask for the QR code while they were on Chinese New Year holidays. A big hassle to lose time while we just have a short stay in Singapore

The ticket would not load. I contacted support and they did not respond during the day. I followed up in the evening and they would not refund. I recommend purchasing your ticket anywhere else.

My husband and I liked our visit to the Gardens. We did purchase tickets to both the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Both were beautiful to see. Lots of kids at the Cloud Forest because of the Jurassic Park experience which can turn off some adults if you are only interested in the plants. It is very well done and kids will love it a lot. In the Flower Dome, they had high school students giving free guided tours which was cute. Afterwards, we saw the 7:45 show under the Supertrees which is free to anyone. Get there a bit early if you want to find a space to sit instead of on the ground like many people. We really enjoyed our day.

Tickets were difficult to redeem. We had to move out of line and manually process. Time was lost.

We arrived at opening time, so no lines. Our first visit was the flower dome and wow what an impressive set up with some incredible displays. We were very impressed. The Cloud Forrest was next in time to see the mist display, again another worthwhile experience. We would recommend both.
