What To Expect

This transfer is for those passengers going from London, Southampton or Portland to Gatwick. Upon booking this transfer we will collect you from your pickup point for a private direct transfer to Gatwick Airport. Stonehenge and Windsor Tours are available upon request but are not included in this price. Before your trip you will be contacted to provide you with your driver details, your drivers will be waiting with a Name Board, to easy the collection process. Driver was not there when we arrived and communication was poor on where we should meet. Our driver had an emergency which is fine but it was not communicated to us. The driver that did pick us up was great.

Even though our flight was more than 2 hours late, the driver was aware and I had a text message waiting for me as soon as I landed letting me know where to meet. Great communication, Very pleasant ride, friendly driver, wonderful experience. I Highly recommend!

Our flight arrived on time but the customs airport procedures delayed our meeting. Driver was not inside holding a sign with name. I had to call the dispatcher and try to contact the driver.after heading to Holiday Inn driver took us to the wrong Holiday Inn in Southampton, even though when the reservation was made I put in the correct Holiday Inn Express West in Adanac Park. Dirver left and we had to find and pay an Uber to get to the right Holiday Inn.

No memorable moments, just a driver given very little information by this company. Expected a Mercedes mini van as pictured, by got a cramped Hyundai Ionic that barely fit luggage for 2 people. Driver did not know the airport and did not get the drop off directions
