1.00I didn’t receive the required ref number to store the luggage. I also paid for 4 adults and they only had 2 on file. Also there was no info saying that the cost was per bag, simply by adult. The hotel luckily was very helpful

5.00Storing our luggage was easy and made our Kensington Garden tour and tea more enjoyable. It would have been difficult to drag our luggage around the gardens and were so happy to have this option.

4.00There was a problem because the ticket only said 5 adults and not the number of bags. The vendor was hesitant and it took us 30 minutes to work it out.
