Just had the most wonderful Christmas Light tour of London. As a local I thought I knew it all but I learnt so much. We had an amazing guide - Andrew who was witty informative helpful, kind, and really charismatic aided by a lovely driver Edwin. This is a lovely tour and very very festive. I would highly recommend and would like to make Thai part of my Christmas tradition.

It’s a traffic jam but going so slow means you get to see everything. Our guide was Kevin and he was amazing and kept us entertained with interesting stories and information and his sense of humour. Our driver Peter drove patiently and safely and honestly must be so skilled in the London traffic

Loved the experience. Andrew was wonderful, very knowledgeable & jovial. Learnt a lot of history which we didn't know. Driver Aiden drove well. Overall would definitely recommend.

When we’d arrived there were no seats upstairs . They had oversold seats . In the end someone gave up their seat for our child who sat on my knee throughout despite being 6 years old and we had paid for a her seat . My husband had to be downstairs . The guide was excellent and very kind but because the bus left late we didn’t go down Oxford street which was one of the highlights . I shall be applying for a refund .

Very disorganised. Went yesterday for the 4pm start bus from Marble Arch with my 11 year old daughter and my husband. We bought out tickets 2 days in advance. When came upstairs on the bus there were no seats for us. Either the agents on the streets sold more tickets then they were supposed too to premium themselves or people with small babies were sitting taking additional seats, but we did not get seats that we paid for. The bus guide was not surprised in the absence of seats upstairs (even according to him they do not sell for downstairs) or interested to help us. He just simply sent us downstairs where we couldn't see anything because of the roof above us and the dirty windows. Very disappointed . No magic experience, but only stress. Not what you want for your child on Christmas time.
