Enjoy a evening of food, wine and entertainment as you cruise down the River Thames. Glide past some of London's most spectacular landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral and Tower Bridge, as you cruise from the center of London to the Thames River barrier and back.

VIP seating area at the front of the boat so you can enjoy the best views of London. A welcome glass of champagne and bottle of still or sparkling water followed by five delightful canapés before your starter and a decadent cheeseboard accompanied by dessert wine as a final course to satisfy your taste buds.

4.00A really lovely way to celebrate any occasion like birthdays or anniversaries. The food was very good but a second choice of dessert would have been better as not everyone has a sweet tooth. Staff excellent and very friendly.
Never use company as a tourist- and never special event. Just going Thames clippers. These are fraudulent

1.00It’s a fraud company as paid for fireworks cruise for a premium and they didn’t wait for fireworks claiming excuses re ride and all other boats waited - basically they didn’t want get back pier late! Also most obnoxious people behind bar in photos and very threatening and laughing with each other about people complaining - the taller guy should be fired as no customer service and would never get a job elsewhere. My friends on another company where boats (and apparently all except city cruises waited) had a great time at fireworks where as city cruises rushed back. Really zero customer service and jumped up kids with an attitude problem behind bar who wouldn’t get a job elsewhere! No wonder most tourists use Thames clippers v waste money on city cruises. Despite living hk for 7 years and visiting, hugely embarrassed to show a friend London and have such poor service. Do not under any circumstances use special cruises for special events - what’s even more ridiculous is if they waited 10 minutes the fireworks would have started as we saw in distance but they just want money to rush back on time. I will be taking to small claims court. The guys in photo laughing at all and being threatening

5.00Really fun night! The crew welcomes you aboard with a cocktail and escorts you to your table. The food was really nicely done. Everything from the salad to soup to main entree to dessert was tasty and well presented. The drinks (we had espresso martini’s along with the welcome glass of Champaige) were great! The actually boat ride was also really fun. The singer/tour guide pointed out a few spots and I had my map program opened up to check some other sights. The last 30 minutes or so of the trip the dance floor was opened up and people had a blast dancing to popular songs. Overall fun experience and I would highly recommend.

1.00AVOID this company is disgraceful. Please don’t use this company . Me and my partner booked a dinner cruise with VIP package it cost around £350ish. We was looking forward to a date night out as we finally had a night with childcare . First of all on our way to the pier we was getting constant calls , emails and texts changing the departure pier and then they changed the boat so we would not get part of our VIP outside dinner experience. We arrived and the staff were all very unprofessional and all on their phones on calls. we was waiting on the pier for an hour past when we was supposed to board without being told anything then a staff member told us the boat has a water pump issue and the night is cancelled . The staff were rude , unprofessional and disrespectful. We was given contact details to get a refund we’re now on day 17 and we’re still waiting for our full refund.

4.00Great way to get out of the crazy crowds and see the City lights reflecting off the water! We started our day walking around the Mayfair area, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey and ended with this dinner cruise, which features a beautiful night time view of Big Ben and the London Bridge that we would have missed otherwise, all the while listening to a talented singer singing a variety of songs and even a little bit of dancing to ABBA!

5.00Staff friendly and super helpful, food was delicious, additional alcoholic drinks purchased were reasonably priced. We had our 82 year old mother with semi limited mobility/partial wheelchair use—and the staff was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our experience.
