Booking, arrival, check-in, and glass of champagne at boarding were all very nice and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very nice dinner cruise experience in Paris, where we could have different choices for our meals, your drinks were included, the boat and windows were very nice and clean, etc.… This was not like that at all. When people say seats are close together, what they mean is it is fixed seating at the table you cannot move your chair in or out… it is like a theater seat that is bolted to the floor so the person behind you has their seat back literally up against yours. I didn’t find this to be a problem, but just wanted to explain. The menu is set and there’s no way to find out what it is before you arrive. The food was pretty terrible… Nobody in our group of four liked anything. Appetizer was a roll and some sort of a pork ham terrine like spam only worse tasting. The main course was a leg of duck… I don’t know how many people eat duck (especially with kids) but it’s a pretty rare and acquired taste. Dessert was a tiramisu like cake. Other than the welcome glass of champagne all other beverages, including water must be purchased for an additional charge. The jazz band trio was very nice. But what people were saying about the initial part of the cruise being very brightly lit, making it hard to see outside and the windows being very dirty were all accurate. Definitely not their strongest suit , especially vs a Parisian dinner cruise and not an enjoyable time as we all left hungry and came back at 11 PM all looking for places to go eat… The sites from the river if you stand up on the top of the deck are nice but that’s about it. It’s very cold in the winter time too. I would skip this and just find a nice restaurant w a view.

The cruise and staff were good. Main course was good. Would have preferred a choice in food. I looked on the reservation and didn’t see a place to put dietary restrictions. It was difficult to find which pier boat left from.

It was a set menu, but the food was good. 4 course meal. The service, given the crowd size, was very good. Our waiters were very attentive.The live performance was also very good. It was easy to find the ship and boarding was organized by personal on the dock side.

Friendly efficient staff. Good standard of food. Our party all had a great time. My only minor gripe would be that the music was quite loud, which made conversation more difficult. Apart from that, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We loved this! Food was excellent, staff incredibly helpful and attentive. It was a special way to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. We paid extra for a window seat which was a good idea! We had an amazing time. I must admit we did get a little worried after reading some of the reviews, however our experience was 1st class.
