Strollers or heavy luggage are not allowed on The London Eye. A limited "left luggage" facility is available

Present your e-ticket at the London Eye VIP desk 15 mins prior to your Champagne Experience (if champagne option selected)

Had a good time here today, it was the second time i have been on the London Eye, so knew what to expect. Good views of the London Skyline all around. It takes about 45 minutes to go around, so it's not a full day trip, enjoyable never the less.

The veiws was amazing to expierance Looking as far as the eye can see Night or day its worth the visit And if you scan the photo card provided Its much cheaper to purchase all your photos .

Before everyone advises you to go into this, this is extremely disappointing. The price quality ratio guest about nothing. You have a limited view over a small part of London. For £32, you'll be down in 20 minutes. Way too expensive, I'd think twice

Not since Dick Turpin was roaming these parts has there been such extortionate highway robbery. I am contemplating contacting the London Metropolitan Police I feel so wronged. Terrible , views only worthwhile when you reach the top at which point the windows are so fogged up you’d have as good a view from the Turkish baths in Budapest. Don’t waste yer money take the river cruise instead.

Excellent, particularly with our disabled grandson. Staff looked after us and ensured we were given priority access because of our wheelchair. Some memorable photographs.

This was a great tour with great views of London. Our capsule was not overcrowded and it was easy to move a boat. I would say it is a must do in London.
Great experience. Met the very helpful and friendly Joshua in retail. What a welcome 😊 We really enjoyed the experience.
