While the Warner Bros. Studio experience was amazing. The package with the transportation is purely built. The time allocated at the studio is far below what’s needed even for the least interested visitor. Let alone die hard fans. The recommended visit length is 4 hours excluding time for host ship and food. However the transport and visit package leaves less than 4 hours to the tour. So the options are cutting your visit short, or skipping the shuttle and paying for the return trip on your own. Total rip off.

What an awesome experience to see where the films were made. We have a whole new respect for not only the actors but the entire film making crew

Lack of communication made this a frustrating experience. Boarded the bus at the Evan Evans office, no reminder or announcement of how long the ride to the studio would take or that we were making another stop. Driver was slow as molasses, literally everyone was passing us on the roads. When we were dropped off we were given our studio tickets and told the pickup point and time. When asked, they said the bus would be the same one, take a photo of the plate. Studio tour itself was very well organized. Returning back at pickup point our bus was no where to be found. The entire bus was waiting outside in the evening in January, when finally the representative who gave us our tickets calls us all to a completely different bus that has been sitting in the lot the entire time. The bus is freezing and so are we. Bus pulls over 10 mins after we leave b/c the windshield defrost is not working. Zero sense of urgency from the driver. New bus meets us and takes us (minus 3 it could not fit b/c it was a smaller bus) back to London, no heat on the entire time. My advise is to buy your own studio tickets in advance and get yourself there another way.

The bus on tour is sign written all over with Harry Potter wrapping which is really fabulous for pictures but it is not good for being able to look out as the windows fog up really bad, Universal Studios is amazing, it is a long day though

The viator team and the evans evans team were both very reachable and helpful. They replied very promptly to all my questions and concerns and everything went very smoothly - much better than my expectations.

The bus was less comfortable than advertised - little legroom and tight seats. There were no problems with the tickets on site. I probably wouldn't book again.

Zero stars, booked the Harry Potter experience private car pickup….. take the train or just uber it, cheaper and way easier. You would expect to be able to be picked up early, called and they said they would be able to be there in 20 minutes…. Over 2 hours later they came while we waited outside in the cold calling them wondering where the car was…. Was told there was more traffic than expected when the lady arrived she had no clue that she was suppose to be there earlier. Total waste of money and time
