The transport is just that - transport. The bus looks great on the outside but there was no greeting once on board, no instructions aside from a brief word from the lovely receptionist that gave us our admission bracelets. Pay close attention as, if you spend too much time in the exhibit, you’ll miss your ride home. They didn’t play any Harry Potter movies on the many screens inside the bus. The tour itself is very well done and interesting but the money-grab is incredible. By the end (kids wanting a wand and everything in sight) it’s easily an extra 200-300$USD on top of the already pricey tour tickets. Wallets beware.

Transportation was fine but saw other buses that looked much better. The time allocated wasn’t sufficient at all to see everything so we didn’t even got in the bus back. Love the studios but you can find better in terms of transportation.

We booked this deluxe tour for my daughter’s birthday. We’re die-hard fans. Read all the books, seen all the movies. We were so glad we had a super fan as a guide. Benji really came alive when he explained everything. We learned a tremendous amount, and we’ll definitely keep that in mind during our next HP-marathon. Definitely worth a visit! We’ll be back on a different time with a different perspective. This time it was The Dark Arts.

One of the most fun places we've been to in London so far. As a big Harry Potter fan, every single part of the tour amazed me. In every holiday season they add temporary features to the studios, and this month it was something about dark arts so we had different deatheaters shows. The employees had in almost every zone a little show, and my favourite was one where a girl taught us some spells to use against deatheaters. The studios also provided us with some "passports". On its pages we could put some stamps and search for hidden golden snitches. Even the food in the cafeteria in the middle of the tour was awesome, and the quality-price ratio was excellent. The tour lasts about 4-5 hours if you don't stop to eat. The studios also have a bus for visitors, so we didn't worry too much about transport.

The Evan Evans company was very efficient and on time. Everything was smooth. However there could have been more information about the timing of the self tour at the studio especially regarding timing when to eat and activities within the tour to ensure you were not late getting back to the bus.

Being in London with young people, we went there on Thursday We took the train from London Arriving at the station, a harry Potter bus takes you to your destination Once there, you are immersed in the world of harry Potter Everything is very well done But not being a fan of these films, I didn't understand everything too much😅 But the young people loved it (this is the main 👍)

The transport was not luxurious at all. Could not load on the bus when normally yes. Basic bus.

When it was said superior transport I thought it has the usual air condition for each sit that you can adjust , especially when no windows could be opened. Only later during the ride when someone went to the driver , we started feeling any air condition. The 4 hours is not enough. Needed to rush through some things. Making it 5 hours. Would make the experience much better.

There was no power on the bus. We couldn’t get our voucher until the last minute. We didn’t get enough time at the site.
